I've been struggling with my movement practice for the last month or so. This was the first morning I really felt I stayed with myself on the mat - through the burn, through the emotional shifting, through the discomfort. I found small moments of space on the other side and remembered why I show up for myself in this way even when it sucks. Thanks Tim. I'll be doing this class again.
It is always so great when you incorporate back and shoulder blade strength exercises with the routines. I have a winged scapula from years of bad posture and overworking my front body. Im only learning now how important it is to balance the muscles I work. Thanks for another great video!

Really great practice. I enjoyed the challenge especially with the core exercises at the end and the exercise where we lifted our hips up then one leg at a time. That challenges my abs so much. But I love it. Thanks for all you do.

I have the feeling that you always want to propose a "all level" classes so everyone can follow. I have a question about what your are planning next. Are you going to propose intermediate level classes in the futur? I think I reached this level now and I would love to follow classes where you do the shaturanga with us for example, propose combo with shaturanga + dolphin + other challenging moves etc. For summary, are you going to split levels? That was hard for me...all those arms up and back in chair pose took more strength than I have. But the balance portion went better than it usually does the first time I try something. Thanks for the challenge.
