    Loved this Tim! I find my body responds much stronger to slow, sustained movement workouts rather than things like HiiT. Your flows have given my arms muscles that didn't respond to personal training or boxing and given my knees their health back after Barre and 'explosive/functional training'. Namaste 🙏

    I've been struggling with my movement practice for the last month or so. This was the first morning I really felt I stayed with myself on the mat - through the burn, through the emotional shifting, through the discomfort. I found small moments of space on the other side and remembered why I show up for myself in this way even when it sucks. Thanks Tim. I'll be doing this class again.

    It is always so great when you incorporate back and shoulder blade strength exercises with the routines. I have a winged scapula from years of bad posture and overworking my front body. Im only learning now how important it is to balance the muscles I work. Thanks for another great video!

I want to tell everyone that if you have ever wondered what Tim means by 'going deeper' into Yoga, his longer version of this class on the CMC is (in my opinion) the perfect example of taking this on.     I haven’t practiced in a bit because in summer, I am out kayaking or hiking, walking or swimming. Today, we are having much needed rain, and this session was a blessed return to yoga with the background music of sweet showers.

    this was an awesome class, one of the best. i really appreciated the explanation at the beginning, and throughout. this additional context added a lot to the experience for me. as did the 'sun on the perineum' line, because, yep, those crazy influencers will follow any old trend. 😂

    Really great practice. I enjoyed the challenge especially with the core exercises at the end and the exercise where we lifted our hips up then one leg at a time. That challenges my abs so much. But I love it. Thanks for all you do.

    Thank you for this video Tim ! I follow your videos since around 7 months now and I find your classes amazing. I have the feeling that you always want to propose a "all level" classes so everyone can follow. I have a question about what your are planning next. Are you going to propose intermediate level classes in the futur? I think I reached this level now and I would love to follow classes where you do the shaturanga with us for example, propose combo with shaturanga + dolphin + other challenging moves etc. For summary, are you going to split levels? Even if not, I will continue to support you because I like your way of teaching :) Take care !

    That was hard for me...all those arms up and back in chair pose took more strength than I have. But the balance portion went better than it usually does the first time I try something. Thanks for the challenge.
