Hi! If I apply under 3 years PR and 3 years marriage, what shall I answer for the question in form N400?
    Time outside the United states?
Do I have to count my travel for 5 years? Or only as 3 yr PR?

Thank you Jim. What about ‘4 year one day rule’ what evidence would you need for that?

I would ask a question please, if you apply for a US citizenship after 3 years, how that can be in 3 years because when you apply for Removal Condition that take more than 15 months...that mean you will pass 3 years of marriage and you still waiting for your Removal Condition to be approved!!?? Can I have answer about this please.

You can't. That's the trick they want you to pay for another green card before you can apply for citizenship. That's what I had to do.

True... They never respond. My husband sent them an email, they totally ignored. Even on the webinar they pick n choose questions. However, there is no denying that the video is very educative.
