I figured out that my gas tank fuel was diluted. I put in 2 gallons of 91 premium fuel and it started up quickly. I hope this video helps anybody with my old situation.

Yeah sounds like wet gas suggestion is to clean the fuel lines and tank- hopes this helps👍

having similar issue, bike sat for long til I got it. battery was dead, old gas, cleaned it out out 91 octane, after constant cranking I knew I had flooded the carbs then it started running, it has a week start and sometimes It will rev up to like 4k rps, giving it choke kills it and also throttle. Still haven't figured it out.

My 250 does this when there’s water in my gas. Try putting some fresh gas in an clean your carbs out

You just need to clean your carb bro, there is a flood of gasoline inside the carburetor.

Clean your carb... You said u got a new battery so make sure u got good spark plugs.... it's probably your gas value. my gas value was very clog in mines. If everything is looking good then it's your one of your senor that shuts the bike off when your bike falls to the ground... if the senor is broke it wont let the bike start... your best bet is to take it to the shop.. Kawasaki Shop...
