The coroner needs to be questioned for lack of thorough examination. It was a really botched autopsy. They assumed the cause of death and did nothing, same with police department.
It is very strange! In my circle two people died unattended and relatively unexpectedly. Both had thorough autopsies, with burial/ cremation being held off for 3 weeks and six weeks respectively.

Why would she go to a remote location to commit suicide, if she was so concerned that her body be found? That makes no sense.wouldn’t she just do it at home? None of the evidence points to a suicide. But it does point to premeditated murder by a person who thinks they can outsmart investigators.
I don’t want to be graphic, but people do go to remote and far away places to suicide because they don’t want any loved ones to see the gruesome aftermath. They call 911 so that their body can be found so that the family can have closure, there’s no mystery. It’s not that unusual actually, sadly. This case needs an outside investigative force looking at it for sure though.

As a Christian growing up with a grandfather who was a pastor this case is disturbing. We don’t believe in ending yourself. We don’t believe in cremation. We don’t believe in abuse in ANY type of way. A women is beside the man. Not put above and not below his feet. This man is a wolf in sheep’s clothing and God will get his justice. If not here on earth definitely in the next could be both. He sees hears and knows everything! As far as cremation it is more personal from family to family. Some relate it to pagan and some don’t believe in it. It doesn’t say it’s a sin but it’s only if that’s the only option you have. Why did JP refuse to give her family access to her body unless they signed a consent to cremate form. How is it that with all the history and the fact Mica had just filed for divorce was JP allowed to deny her family access? If he needed them to sign that form in order for her to be cremated why didn’t they have access to her body or to order a full autopsy or have an attorney file an emergency injunction that would have kept her body from being cremated?

There are so many things that could have happened. I know I saw a report of him being 40 minutes away at some point before she passed. He could have very well had someone else do something to her. Her family wanted to see her body but JP wouldn’t allow it until they ignored a consent to cremate form. I don’t know why they didn’t get legal help right then. If he needed their consent they had power. But they were in shock so maybe they just weren’t thinking straight. Not only that but apparently her body was not found with the firearm but 40 m away in the water. How does a dead woman walk 40 meters and get in the water?
He knew how to work the legal ropes, and people who live around there say it's rather corrupt. A number of cops were in his congregation, This is a guy who felt free to preach sermons in a state of "romantic arousal", there's a video of him that way. He had lots of confidence with men in authority and stole his best friend's wife.
I heard this morning that jps lawyer specializes in ai. His property also backs up to the state park, not only that, but said that his creek dumps into the exact same spot where she was found. I havnt been able to figure out how he did it, but this may be the way. It all points back to the lawyer

I think they are only supposed to get her location so they can get her help. But she sounded odd as Mica did. There's no way we heard the whole phone call. This case is so botched that maybe they just used a recording from another call and patched it in with Mica's. JP's lawyer friend who has a large property right next to the state park is also an AI expert. There is video out of him talking about it, name is Mark Winslow, I'm pretty sure. He helped get Mica committed after she tried to expose JP for theft of church funds.

As a 911 dispatcher for 27 years, it sounded like a suicidal caller who had made up her mind but wants her body found. At that point, they usually will not respond to attempts at talking with them. They usually hang up.

People do that. There was a famous race car driver who did the same a few years back when he went to a park to do it too. sadly this is no shock to me. What was shocking was the depth of corruption in the court system/law enforcement the Murdough case revealed about the Carolinas. Just as the case of Gabby Petito showed the lack of training and seriousness Utah has with domestic violence. California may be messed up, but at least we know how to protect a crime scene, how to properly process the victim's body through many tests and withholding cremation and how to train our officers.
There was a fisherman very close to the crime scene that told authorities he heard a woman crying and then a gun shot. Has anyone interviewed this man more deeply. Also why wasn't the family given rights in the funeral arrangements? That one thing made it easy for JP to basically dispose of any evidence that may have convicted him of wrong doing. There are so many things that could have happened. I know I saw a report of him being 40 minutes away at some point before she passed. He could have very well had someone else do something to her. If he needed their consent they had power. But they were in shock so maybe they just weren’t thinking straight. Not only that but apparently her body was not found with the firearm but 40 m away in the water. How does a dead woman walk 40 meters and get in the water?

There's no way we heard the whole phone call. This case is so botched that maybe they just used a recording from another call and patched it in with Mica's.
JP's lawyer friend who has a large property right next to the state park is also an AI expert. There is video out of him talking about it, name is Mark Winslow, I'm pretty sure. He helped get Mica committed after she tried to expose JP for theft of church funds.

This poor man telling them differently from what investigators found cracked holes in what they wanted to be an open-and-closed case. Who knows what explains everything because it simply doesn't add up, but the poor witness needs to protect himself from that evil corruption.

People do that. There was a famous race car driver who did the same a few years back when he went to a park to do it too. They do that because they don’t want a non-emergency worker to find the sight, see the body. Also for their family to know where they are and what happened. They don’t want it to be a mystery.. If someone goes off into the woods and does it, it could be a missing persons case for decades. There’s no closure for the loved ones. They also don’t wish to give that sight to a family member by doing it at home.

Also can't they get footage from the sporting event JP was at to prove he was either there or not? A photo of his truck on the highway doesnt seem like enough to prove his alibi.

sadly this is no shock to me. What was shocking was the depth of corruption in the court system/law enforcement the Murdough case revealed about the Carolinas. Just as the case of Gabby Petito showed the lack of training and seriousness Utah has with domestic violence. California may be messed up, but at least we know how to protect a crime scene, how to properly process the victim's body through many tests and withholding cremation and how to train our officers.

There was a fisherman very close to the crime scene that told authorities he heard a woman crying and then a gun shot. Has anyone interviewed this man more deeply. Also why wasn't the family given rights in the funeral arrangements? That one thing made it easy for JP to basically dispose of any evidence that may have convicted him of wrong doing. Very strange case. He is not, never was a pastor/preacher. He's always been a hypocrite and a liar.
