    Could you do a video on Hydraulic clutches? Like bleeding them and a little crash course of how they work? I'm working on a 2023 Husky 350 for a friend and I've found the clutch slave to be a bit confusing.

    how exactly do you remember where each bolt belongs ? do you put them in a case with a written title on it or how are you doing it ?

    • @UpAllNight91
      @UpAllNight91  9 месяцев назад

      I been doing this for years and this part comes easy for me but in my earlier days I would arrange the parts and bolts in a fashion that would help me remember when its time to put it back together.

    Great video! KTM backorder issues are a nightmare. My 501 has been out of action for over a year waiting on parts. Just ridiculous that they can keep releasing new bikes every year but can't get parts to their customers. After being on their bikes for the last 10 years I've finally started looking at other brands. It's not even remotely reasonable. They need to fire and replace everyone in control of their supply chain, unbelievable incompetence IMO!

    • @UpAllNight91
      @UpAllNight91  11 месяцев назад +1

      Oh man bummer. Honestly if its been a year you might not ever get them parts from KTM. I'm not even kidding you. in 2019 I was unable to get a set of cases for a 2017 KTM 250sx, and to this day they are unavailable. I would start looking for them parts used on ebay if I was you, just to get the bike going again. Thats a real bummer man.

      @@UpAllNight91 I've heard other stories like that as well :( I may have to do that. I always like to use OEM stuff if there is an option.. On that note, are there any aftermarket pistons you prefer if not going OEM? I've been looking at Wossner..

    • @UpAllNight91
      @UpAllNight91  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@JonathanVee Wossner is a good piston for sure. I really like wiseco for the 2 strokes. For the 4 strokes I usually use OEM unless the make and model is known for having a weak piston then I use a forged piston like wiseco instead of the OEM piston.

    May i ask how do you have all the service manuals? Im struggling sometimes, can only buy one for 40$

    • @UpAllNight91
      @UpAllNight91  11 месяцев назад +1

      The Yamaha manuals are downloaded from free from yamaha. Other manuals I either google and search for a free down load. Some came from owners of the bikes that have offered me the manual when I'm working on their bike. And sometimes I just have to fork up and buy them as you mentioned. I collect every manual I run across so once I have it I have it.

    What do you think of these bikes compared to a kx?

    • @UpAllNight91
      @UpAllNight91  11 месяцев назад

      I haven't rode a KX450 and a KTM 450 back to back so its hard to say but in the shop the KX450 is probably more reliable and cheaper to maintain overall. The KX450 will also be a little easier to work on. But the KTM 450 is a nice bike so I'm not taking anyway away from it.
