Had the Dutch test done back in 2011. Took a copy to my PC Doctor and an FMD and then also to my Endo and all they said was cool test, no help in explaining it at all. I did call the Dutch Testing place and they told me you just need to read it, I am not a doctor. Don't get me wrong Its an amazing test but if there is no one to direct you down the right path for your health journey or to help explain it, its kinda a waste. My doctors could care less. We need Doctors that are willing to actually help people instead we have doctors that have there hands tied by Health Insurance companies and GOV and Big Pharma. Its all about the $$$ anymore instead of helping people.

Try Magnesium L Theronate in high doses (3 capsules) it helps slow your busy brain down, I also find Magneium Taurine helps, now trying phosphatidylserine 3-4 capsules help to reduce cortisol (stress) hormone. I have nocturnal anxiety attacks at 2am and these help me to calm my body down.

Magnesium Glycinate 400mg at night. My doctor prescribed this to help me sleep and it works very well. Start with 200 and build up to 400. We need magnesium!
