THIS entire presentation seems to ignore the role of huge decreases of progesterone and even testosterone in premenopausal and post menopausal women. OSTEOPOROSIS IS REVERSABLE with enough progesterone, testosterone and vitamin D3. Estradiol just slows down bone loss. WHY IN THE WORLD would you ignore the progesterone and testosterone treatment first before Estradiol supplementation? IT seems doctors ignore the fact that in both men and women testosterone converts to Estradiol.

Right. I take all 3 for perimenopausal.

I believe Dr. Hays is clear and on point. BHRT providers should be monitored in the US because the majority of providers are prescribing unusually high doses.

Levels should be left up to where the individual feels at her best. What’s good for one is not good for another. Some estrogen receptors may work better in others than most and for the ones that they don’t work that well those will need more estrogen I think there’s a correlation if you have hypothyroidism and low levels of vitamin D and low progesterone low estrogen low testosterone I think you have an endocrine problem due to FPAS and environmental toxins so that being said I think that WRECKS havoc on our receptors making them defective in a sense I myself require much much much more estrogen than what my doctor wants to give me I keep on having to go back to her and tell her to give me more I do not have tender breasts or anything and I feel like my best whenever I have a lot of estrogen. I do not like my levels in the 50’s I do not feel well at all at that level. I’m currently looking for my sweet spot.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH HER First off I have no health problems. I am healthy. I am short and now I’m overweight because I found out I’m in post menopause so when she says that oh i don’t get a period anymore Lottie Dottie know when your estrogen stops your fat builds up to replace it with the crappy estrone let’s get it right you feel like a piece of crap you gain weight because your bodies looking for the old estradiol that your awesome ovaries once upon a time used to make so you really feel Optimal you need to be at 75 100 range I’m not sure what she’s talking about but I’m gonna say no. No no no I get it. You guys are all petrified to give more than zero. 25 but look, I don’t wanna just treat the night sweats that you have. I wanna feel like I did a year ago before this nightmare post menopause came about with progesterone and you continue taking blood test And you ultrasounds done then you know you’re in the right range. Other than that I am not here to treat symptoms. I’m here to feel like myself again that’s whats needed

IKR! The patient knows how she feels they need to let her have control over what levels she feels best at and quit treating estrogen like it’s a class a drug.
