Great information - is particularly interesting to get this information to help me understand the DUTCH testing done in April by new Gyn/Onc doc who only would agree to give me oral Progesterone due to having had a breast cancer tumor removed in 2022 - said she could be liable if she gave me estrogen even tho all the blood/saliva/urine tests shows my hormones to be seriously out of balance! Found online Doc who told these labs and now am taking BHRT cream low doses to begin getting back into balance (I hope), still waiting for next set of labs to be done since it has been about 6 weeks since began using the creams (end of July). I would love to see where the DUTCH would show my levels at now.

I discourage my patients against statin drugs . That clears up their brain fog too

Thank you so much, this answered all the questions I had and much more. I am subscribed now, and look forward to learning more from your channel for my post menopausal symptoms. I am 57 years young, and I have been on bio identical hormones for 3 years now. I just had my doctor switch me from inner labia estradiol/estriol cream to topical cream. I recently had a ultrasound because of break through bleeding and they discovered many benign fibroids.
So, I’m not sure if it’s that I’m estrogen sensitive or that it has something to do with estriol? Or possibly from exposure to PFOA’s from water contamination we had in our community in 2020.
Anyway thank you again for helping women with this very important issue concerning women’s health and wellbeing. ❤

I'm wondering about those studies disproving the effects of topical progesterone cream and uterine protection. 40mg or 64mg is an awfully low dose. Wiley Protocols and compounding pharmacies in general use MUCH more progesterone- between 100mg and 300mg per day, depending on symptoms and tolerance. If more research gets done, it needs to be at higher doses.

great presentation!! May I ask, can oral progesterone (100 mg Prometrium) be combined with vaginal progesterone, and at what dosage is the right balance? Thank you.
