Leigh Anne I made these Saturday. We loved them. My husband took one bite and said now that's delicious. I let them rest for more than 10 mins. When I finally got back to them, they were fluffy and ready to bake. Oh wow this will be my go to recipe now for super soft super delicious rolls. Perfect size too. Thank you so much.
@@LeighAnneWilkes great to hear from you. Thanks so much for the personal response . I made these rolls and they were everything that you said they were, and I was able to pretty much finished them at around the same time frame as yours. 🙏🏾
I just made these for dinner tonight and the rolls turned out FANTASTIC ! So soft, flaky and easy to make! I was able to split them up into 8 little logs and my family and I throughly enjoyed them! (I plan to make another batch tomorrow 🥰) Thanks so much for sharing 💜🍞
I made these last night and they were fabulous. I don’t like sweet bread, so I halved the sugar, and they were perfect. Thankyou for yr recipes for two, they are great for us empty nesters!
I made these this morning. They didn't turn out right. But I think I realized my mistake. I used 3/4 cup of water with the yeast, instead a 1/3 cup. So I'll try again Sunday morning. Thank you for your video
Ok, I was hard pressed to trust the process and I’m happy I did. These are theeeeee best rolls ever. I will never buy frozen rolls again. Thank you for sharing ❤
@@LeighAnneWilkes Help I have tried the 30 min rolls and the French bread. When I made the bread I followed to a t every step was correct until it was time to bake . I had my oven set at 400 and timer for 18 min . My bread would not brown and it was hard and inside wasn’t done . The bread inside was not fluffy. I have tried many times but it’s not working. My water was 110.
I made this today and I am in love with this recipe. Best rolls I have ever made. It's just my husband and I so it's perfect. My question is if I want to make more than just 4 do I just double the recipe? Thank you
Rise time is really only 10 minutes without being a quick yeast? I ended up letting mine set for 15 minutes but they still never rose like yours after baking. I did cut mine smaller so I had more rolls. They just seemed more dense than I expected
I used 1 cup and 3 Tablespoons of flour and it was way too much. Dough was so dry wouldn't come together at all. Next time will use a lot less flour. Also not sweet enough. So will add a bit more sugar. Anyways, no harm in tweaking a recipe. And I like that this one makes less; just 2 people in my household. Will try again. Thanks for giving me a place to start.
Hi, I am brand new to baking. I just made my first loaf of bread this past Sunday. Is it possible to make the roll dough balls ahead of time to freeze until needed through the week and cook those nights?

So glad you loved them, letting them rise longer definitely gives you a fluffier roll!
I let mine rise for 15, turned out perfect
I like your hustle, honesty ("slightly more than 30 minutes"), and recipes. I clicked subscribe. Looking forward to more videos and recipes.

I am so glad you enjoyed the recipe, yes you can double it!
I don't have the mixer. How long do I knead for?
for 5-10 minutes or until the dough is nice and smooth.
Hi, me and my wife were wondering if we could come visit for lunch?.
Sure. - come on over!
Do they still work if you triple the batch to make more?
Yes it will work. Enjoy!
my boyfriend said this was the best dinner roll he's ever had !!!
I love it! So glad!!
Is a small cookie sheet better to bake them in or a 8 x 8 pan ? I don’t have that size pan :/
A cookie sheet would work fine
Can bread rise without sugar ? I did this without sugar today and used maple syrup and my bread didnt rise in the oven lol :(

They are a little more on the denser side because of the quick rise times, allowing them to rise longer, will make them lighter.

What altitude are you at, that can affect the amount of flour.

You could freeze them in an airtight container
Hi can I double to make 8 rolls.love from South Africa
Yes you can! Enjoy!
What if I don’t have a stand mixer or a handheld mixer ? :(
You can mix by hand, just more work. Enjoy!
@@LeighAnneWilkes thank you :)
