I went to Fred Anderson this week to order a Sienna and not only were they charging 3k over MSRP in the form of "market adjustment", they also were requiring you buy the cleaning and tint insurance for 1300 dollars. Yes that's one thousand three hundred dollars. So just to buy a new car, you needed to give then an additional 4300 over MSRP. Its basically price gouging. Needless to say I bought the Sienna from a local competitor Leith Toyota for MSRP and no additional required addons. Shop your dealerships because some are way more egregious than others like Fred Anderson.
Is their going to be a fifth Toyota Store for the Group of Dealerships owned by Fred? I think this dealership is a historic Toyota in the southeast in the Carolina’s. This dealership is an awesome dealer with great cars made by Toyota
A good interview with the owner. A couple of questions, I watch your vids and never hear you speak about the dealership in Asheville. Does Mr. Anderson put as much time and effort into that dealership as the one in Raleigh? Would it be best to shop at the Raleigh dealership versus the one in Asheville? Does Mr. Anderson own more than these two? Thanks!
These guys are ruthless Car Gods who do not do business professionally. I know, we were vendors before they bought multiple dealerships and trashed our assets and equipment in dumpsters. Shame on you! You kicked us out as a vendor but you also lost many many car and truck purchases from our company, families, and friends. Ruthless!
Was here and took notes… Fred is an example of what a leader is. Hopefully his leadership abilities can reverberate through his management team…
Mr. Anderson is so knowledgeable yet modest. An excellent interview, Jeff.
Thanks Sohail :) Jeff
Thanks. It's reaaly cool to meet the man himself.

Very cool Jeff. I really enjoyed hearing from Fred. A Southern Gentleman
Thank you Mr. Anderson.
I'm a little upset.. Why wasn't I notified (From RUclips) regarding this?? This was an excellent, and heartfelt interview, Jeff, and Mr. Anderson.
