Fudgy Brownies,No Fat - never throw away overripe bananas again!

Learn how to make the best eggless fudgy brownies at home using only cocoa powder and no butter. These are soft, gooey and super chocolaty. Hope you enjoy the video!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated or powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder (this is the correct measurement, i wrote 1/4 in the video on accident)
- 1 overripe banana
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake for 30- 35 min at 180C/ 350F.
