Holy crap loving all this from Lake Shasta. I’m so not beast but I am bruised. Sore as hell !! Trying to keep up. So much. Fun and earned .. so I use a stick for a sharp. Keep it coming and thank you . Signed brushed battered and sore but so worth it. More Staff work would be so sweet. I like everything I’m doing. So good ! Man Paul thank you 🥋 🥋 🥋
Wounds are part of training right ? Hope so or I’m doing it all wrong. Not. I just miss some times . Going back in your drills for weeks. Sticks hurt when you miss 😅
DONE and still training with you! I did 10 rounds of both types on the right and 10 rounds of both types on the left tonight. Tomorrow I will not be able to raise my arms, I'm sure of it. My awkward left side is coming right along and I'm very proud of the strides that I've made. Thank you Paul!
