I've never been to america but in a country with a higher homicide rate than an active warzone and half of the population being armed I wouldn't stop a criminal over $3 in the act of a crime for a job that most likely pays less than $10 an hour. That's either a job for the owner or somebody with a huge risk surcharge in his payrole
