Connect a high pressure positive displacement pump to the boiler.Fix a calibrated and accurate pressure gauge to the boiler. Fill boiler with water using a high capacity filling pump. Running the Hydrostatic test pump pressure to increase the Boiler pressure gradually till the test pressure. The test pressure is 1.5.times the maximum allowable operating pressure. In this hydraulic pressure is applied. Thankyou!
