BAMBAM, thank you very much for posting these videos on the H&K P30L disassembly & reassembly! Your's is the only one I have founded to date on accomplishing this. When you were reassembling the hammer/sear/ disconnect parts- impressed and now have a way forward if and when I need to do that. Thank you, again.
I own a P30SK V3. While I can manage the DA trigger, I was a bit surprised how much strength is required - 12 lbsf. I recently became aware and ordered a set of springs that apparently it will turn it close to LEM trigger. I purchased a 10 lbf hammer spring, light trigger return spring and a light firing pin block spring. We will see how it goes
+CHRIS ‘SHAD0WF0X’ DLP Thank you I can't make a video about the trgger group because i do not have the pistol any more. How ever al the parts came out of the frame it is in there good luck.
HAHAHA!!! Finally some one did the P30 detailed strip!!! thank you!! One question, where did you get those punches? The only ones I can find look too short
Thank you for the informative video. I would like to see you show how to disassemble the trigger group. There is a special set of pliers made expressly for the spring. I may later wish to install a lighter spring.
could you tell me a little more on how exactly to get the trigger out. and curious about the slide levers, dont you have to becareful pulling out the leftside? because the TRS is resting on it, in a tiny grove? or can you just pull it on out like you did
Why does the pin that retains the release catch, catch, control lever, disconnector come out from left to right on your P30L? Mine comes out from right to left and that is the way it is shown in the operator's manual.
I do not know but i had a notch on this pin so i could not do is as you say. Maybe they made a chance in the design. Do as your manual says then you wil be OK.
***** At my pistol i never tryed do not use to much force. Sorry but i have stopt whith shooting and d'not one a fire arm any more so i can't test it for you sorry.
HI, can the trigger bar and trigger be removed without disassembling the whole lower of the P30? im replacing the trigger because the grooves are wore down and would like to know how to do it the easiest way possible.

I like this guy! Didn't realize the P30 isn't as complicated as some others to detail strip. This reminds me of the Smith 3rd Gen setup.
Thank you for taking the time to post this. I found this video very helpful.
Thank you for your informative video. Only video on full and detail disassembly. Great job.
You are welome
