- World Day of Prayer 2021 Vanuatu. "Build on a Strong Foundation" based on Matthew 7:24-27.
The Women’s Inter-Church Council of Canada (WICC) invites you, your friends and family to join a service in over 1,100 Canadian communities on or near Friday, March 5, 2021. Many of these will take place via Zoom.
Offerings received through the World Day of Prayer transform our prayers into action in the form of project grants empowering women and children in our own country and throughout the world. All regions share in the grants, with consideration given to greatest need. Through World Day of Prayer offerings, WICC has distributed over 2.5 million dollars in the past 35 years. The vision is to restore hope to women and children touched by injustice.

Thanks to the team for such an inspiring virtual meeting in this new normal. A very good lesson on the teachings of Jesus on "Building on a Strong Foundation". May we not only be hearers but also doers especially at a time as this where so many out there are hurt, and needed to be listened to. We need to ask the God of wisdom to help us care with love.
Thumbs up for a wonderful virtual meeting as we learn about the Republic of Vanuatu and the wonderful women who are proactive for change. More importantly is the lesson of building a Strong Foundation in Christ.

Greetings from Trinidad and Tobago. We the Diamond Presbyterian church women group are proud to be able to be part of this movement for change for the betterment of women's lives and the challenges they face across the world. Foremost in our minds is the message of building a strong foundation in Jesus Christ our lord. We share and stand in Union with the women of Vanuatu as we all celebrate together World Day of Prayer 2021.
