As long as you're being respectful about it, openminded to the conversation, not hateful, not throwing around slurs, you're good.
This is the internet... and it takes very little to make things snowball, especially when it comes to race and stereotypes in a "risque" video like this. One group talking about their own background & culture will always be safer than those who are not within a particular community talking about it.
Blau, in particular, just had a recent experience with people taking a small segment of something he said and snowballing it.
