Yeah, the miniatures are really nice!
So far the experience I've had with the game is that it's really well put together. It's somewhat difficult with all the rules but I see great potential with all the scenarios and all the random things in it to be fun for countless sessions.
Worth the cost? yeah, especially if you have a game group and pitch in together. The price/hour of fun , which is what matters with entertaining, is pretty damn low with these types of games.
