That was insane! Those li-ion batteries were quite close to their 3v discharge limit in the end, even though you should have had up to 8400mAh. I recon if you didn't RTH when you reached your destination you would have had lots more juice to spare, as RTH was trying to maintain that 1.42Km altitude on the way back until you took over and started to drop so you can use gravity to gain some speed.
@@mpeefpvbro, do you mean one Trc to one and the Lumenier to the other plug of the dual antenna version of the WS VTX ? (Thanks and sorry for the stupid question :) )
Man, Greece looks very nice, especially from 1.5km up. Wow Why do you have 2 different altitudes? They seem abt 300m different. Is one from ground and the other from something else? For being 1.5km up toward the midpoint, sure looks close to the ground 😆😆 , I know, it's above ground level from where you started. If you put a patch or x-air (directional antenna) on the top right (viewed from when you have the goggles on your eyes, so viewed from the back), which is the re-transmit antenna spot, supposedly you can get even more distance. Since that sma connector is not facing forward, you can open your goggles (do so at your own risk or if you so choose, don't want to make you damage your goggles) and swap the front right sma pigtail to the top right u.fl connector and vice versa. That way the top right sma output will be moved to the front right sma connector. What font is it that you are using? Where did you get that font from, and how do you go about using a different font? Maybe you can add link / font swap description to your video details if you don't mind. That is a good looking quad, looks very nice and well made. Good luck with achieving longer distances and similarly good flights in the future, great video!!
Hello John One alt reading is from the sea level and the other is from home point. I have already switched the sma connectors inside the goggles. I downloaded the fonts from here (sites.google.com/view/sneaky-fpv/home?pli=1&fbclid=IwAR34-qeCkzkiwmnwADEs788v90CTFmPcruetPkciSSTuoEjymefGLiojF-8) easy to do .
Which cable lenght are you using for connecting camera VTX to the frame Chimera 7, because standart one, which is 14 cm, is too short for me. Thank you.
@@Fpvlandscapes the first couple of times that i have installed this font it worked fine. Then after a failsafe and rth those symbols apeared instead of arrows ... since then i tried several times to fix it but no luck
Im almost brainwashed now for walksnail. You don't have GPS Lat-Lon showing in OSD..how would you find your bird if it went down? You can put that on osd if you wanted to right?
I have telemetry on the radio thats why there is no lat-long. On osd ... if i loose signal the radio stays on the last known lat-lon ... and yes if i want then i can put that on osd

8:41 made me nervous. such nice views.
You are my new hero! Keep up the good work! 🎉
very good job! Nice Flight!
Wow impressive range! Great! Which exactly TrueRC x-air do you use? The doubled x2 or the single patch antennas? Thanks mate :-)
Single patch antennas

I think with better battery handling it could make another 2km distance .
@@mpeefpv yea you can take them down to 2.5v though they start dropping faster under 3v.
Great flight.
It is not easy do this. Congratulations!!!
Thank you!!
Wow that's really far with a copter
Ouuuuu that is a really long range flight
awesome. love your work!
Thank you!!!
Nice range!!!
Superb! Did you use/modify stock walksnail VRX to get this distance?
Its the goggles with truerc antennas
currently modding my VRX into a ground station. i never liked long range with directional antenna on my head. awesome flight.
What a rush. Subbed
Awesome!
Thank you! Cheers!
Helo nice flight. What VTX antenna are you using? How was the picture at the end? Thanx.

I use 14cm length.. but i mount the vtx as close as i can to the middle side or else is short
Hello mate. what's that symbol (D) top of the screen? It should be an inav bug.. right?
Used to be the homepoint arrow but it stoped working .. dont know why
@@mpeefpv I got the same issue since I upgraded with sneaky osd font. But it was clearly written... ( about some minor bug with inav)

how to render osd element on video, there'is osd file generated beside the video?
there are 2 files generated while recording .. 1st is .srt and the 2nd is .osd ... then with software you can put the files in the video.
Is this in the south of Crete?
You are using elrs ? If yes what frequency ?
Crossfire
Why not newest Walksnail update?
It was beta the newest fw when i did the flight
what rx you use ?
crossfire nano rx
