The rabbit got me! It’s an invasive feral pest species here in Australia, so no holds barred! I’ve been eating shot rabbits since I was a small child living on a farm in Tasmania in the 1970s. They are a little stringy, but they taste great! I can only imagine what it’s like combined with amazing Indian flavours…

Having lived in Kerala for half a year, I was surprised to learn that I had somehow never noticed that it was pronounced kuh-RELL-uh. It was nice to then hear a local say CARE-uh-luh.
