congrats on another baby girl! i think i commented before telling you about dry needling but i’m so glad it’s helping you! dry needling and pelvic floor physical therapy changed my life so much for the better and i truly believe everyone should do it but especially when pregnant/postpartum!

Congratulations on baby girl. I am currently pregnant with my 4th baby but 1st girl for me and I am so excited. I don't usually comment but had to once you mentioned the SPD pain. It has been so bad for me this time around I am trying pelvic floor therapy after the holidays. So happy to hear it has helped you. Thank you for giving me a little hope that it might help.

I had different drs for both of my pregnancies and their scan schedule was different! I can’t imagine a dr not expressing any concerns so it’s probably just that!
