      That bit on migrants, how are they segregated from the level of basic education. Ama how does the system work to ensure they only end up in those professions of being guards and cleaners?

    • @jaymutiso2217
      @jaymutiso2217 Год назад

      @@carolm4691thats definitely an exaggeration to extreme,.. there's obviously systemic racism that leads to disadvantages to African kids but its wrong to say that most will end up as such....e.g the education system seperates the kids at grade 4( 9-10 yrs) to 3 different schools,namely general, middle and elite(for brightest n destined to uni and the others have to use a longer route to uni if they dare, otherwise either drop out at 15 for apprenticeship or continue with school to a high school certificate and then to apprenticeship with a high school certificate or continue to for 3 more years to qualify for uni who end up at around 21years old as opposed to 18/19 for the elite kids.... this selection process is all decided by the all powerful grade 1-4 teachers....which is actually unfair considering the early age and also a disadvantage to most foreign kids who maybe lack the mastery of the German language which is a crucial determinant of the selection process. Also many kids lack the necessary assistance from parents who mainly speak basic German with homework. Other than the usual stereotypes,a foreign kid(Africa n) if well guided can still succeed. But Racism is Real not only in Germany but World wide , even in our Africa we still suffer it but maybe to a lesser degree.
