I'm not just talking about this battle, i mean pretty much every battle of the past couple of years. I used to love Shotty but he let the hype go to his head and turned into an obnoxious prick basically. He had no business talking like he knew what happened with Clip's dad. What happened to the whole "I don't need to mention people's relatives to win" sure changed his tune in time. Clips is a humble dude and one of the nicest in the industry, Shotty is without a doubt the diva of the two. Have you seen how loudmouthed and narcissistic he's been recently, not just in battles but everytime he opens his mouth, it goes beyond a performance at that point. The bars got worse but the ego got bigger imo.

Shotty Horror used to battle with such a calm and clean flow. Just look at the battle with Fingaz, Arsonal and even Daylight. When he came back and started battling again, against Tony D he seemed stressed and wasn't able to regain that calm clean flow he used to have.
I thought that he was the top, top battler in the beginning but i was really disappointed when he did that comeback. He should have stopped the first time and would been remembered as a legend. Instead he came back into the game like an overaged football player who had seen them glory years already.

If he beat them or not was not the topic. My point was that when he did his comeback, i thought that his rhythm, flow and presence changed and not for the better.
You can't compare Shotes battles with Arsonal(1st), Fingaz, Math Hoffa and even Unanimous to the battles and his performance vs Tony D, Hitman Holla and Charlie Clips.
Before the comeback, he was totally on fire and dropped bodybag-lines in almost every battle. He was mad and there was fire burning in his eyes. The battles you referring to it seems to me that he only battled himself and he never got up to the same level he had before.

When he started his third round and I saw there was 7min plus left in the video, I though damn this gone be epic. Instead it was an epic fail. You repped Machester well. Respect that.
