Hi Kara, I have been following your channel for quite some time now and I really appreciate you. I wanted to share with you something that triggered a question for me and that is "why do we say anger/stress/frustration are negative emotions?" I believe that are really usefull emotions, and I love that some people are calling them "uncomfortable" emotions instead of negative, that way you can embrace them from a different perspective and use them to recognize why they were there in the first place :) Lots of love and thank you for all the content that you share. You are great!
I once heard a remarkable leader attribute his company's success to the culture, explaining that people were drawn to it because he personally made an effort to connect with one employee each day, asking about their likes and dislikes.
It's a great video, nicely explained. Thanks Kara for this wonderful video. Yes this is very important for any leader to judge others emotions as well as his own.
Thank you for the video, Could you also create a video demonstrating how to effectively handle confrontations with difficult individuals in the workplace including managers?
Hello and Good.morning.Your videos are very informative mam. I would like to know two things. 1. For the last 2 years I have been in my job and recently my boss got changed. I have analysed more almost 400 cases in the last 2 years. However my previous boss labelled me to my new boss as my analysis is not good. That I found very strange and lowers my confidence. 2. One of my juniors who joined after 1 year I joined , I asked for some help from him as I was short of productivity. Instead of giving me a case he asked me for help from me. Is it right on my part to not help him. I feel he does it deliberately.

That's a great initiative for a leader to take. Than you for sharing.
Yes, it's important to start by being self aware. Thank you
Great video! Today, many people including executives pay very little attention to Emotional Intelligence. They are more like a boss than a leader.

Thank you so much!
You could refer to "Emotionally Intelligent Manager" by David R Caruso & Peter Salovey!
Thanks for the suggestion about this book!
Emotional Intelligence is how you channalized your emotions to achieve your goals effectively and effieicenty while working with people around you.
That's a great perspective. Thank you Fazal!

Welcome to my channel!
In some case, I felt that the female leader are more sensitive than man.
She never has tangible solutions or recomendations
