Just to add to the Gsync settings make sure you enable Vsync in the Nvidia Control Panel and cap your FPS 3 below your monitors refresh rate. Vsync works differently when Gsync is enabled. You enable Vsync to prevent tearing on the bottom of the screen that can still occur while using Gsync, and cap your fps below the refresh rate to prevent vsync from behaving normally and adding input lag. In high FPS games like this however Gsync isn't really needed as tearing is more noticeable below 144fps so its better to have it off and cap fps to lower GPU load and heat. I use RTSS instead of the in game fps limiter for smoother frame times. Source Blur Busters and doing a mind numbing amount of research because I have OCD. You should also try out Fidelity Cas with 100 sharpening because DLSS adds a weird blurring effect, haven't tested FSR though.
Yooooooo thanks for taking the time to write this out! A lot of useful info in this comment. I've been meaning to read Blur Busters but I haven't really had the time before now. I'll definitely look at what they say about vsync before I make any more graphics settings guides now that you've made it seem very necessary. Thank you also for the tip of limiting your fps in RTSS because I had no idea you could do that in the program. You're awesome!
Fidelity Cas is indeed the best upscaling/sharpening setting imo. DLSS and FSR 2.1 make it too blurry in the distance. Fidelity cas does reduce your fps more though, anyway, I find it worth cuz of the visibillity
I've been thinking about this comment and finally took your advice of setting up RTSS to limit my fps in that. I was shocked at the results because the framerate latency was no longer jumping all over the place like when I limited it in the game itself or when I limited fps using the nvidia control panel. It's so smooth. When I update the tutorial or cover any other game settings in the future, I'm going to tell everyone about RTSS. Much appreciated!!!!
I have a 2070 super, I love the gains of both DLSS and FSR 2.1 but in warzone I do not like the white lines around the boxes and weapons while using either.
What I do, is I set my DLSS to “Quality” or “Balanced” (depending on how much a new update fucks the fps up) and turn the sharpness all the way down. It gives it that old school ambient occlusion look (ex: CSGO) where edges look “soft”. And the visual fidelity looks great compared to the games default settings throughout. All without that trash contrast/ghosting showing it’s ugly face when sharpness is left on 82.
can you do a video comparing threaded optimization on vs off vs auto? no-one really does it and tbf I am lazy as fuck to prove keeping it on is helpful for systems with 8c> count of cores and higher

hey bud , ever since the new season 4 reloaded update yesterday , the game has been glichy / laggy , what would u recommend for me to lower or higher something else to change . ive allways used fidelityfx cas and filmic smaa t2x. on Medium end pc
Thank you for your help. You where right all the way :). But something i've noticed is that when i close weapon blur everything's starts to fall down any idea why ?
Imagine being a developer and completely destroying fps after an update - the developers for this game must be 10 years old cuz they never check anything before they release it 😂
It's fine 😂 settings will work fine again when they release another update that fixes the fps they butchered in the latest update. Timing was really bad though but that's normal with my luck 😬
@@shogoz In settings when you set to Minimum Quality, it autos the render resolution to 1080p, I'm on 1440p so should I change that to 1440p or leave it?
Select the resolution you're planning to play in - feel free to use the upscaling / sharpen section if you need a decent boost in fps! Thanks bro I appreciate it! Missed you too dude!!! ❤😳
Dude just found you out tonight. Liked because your personality is funny 😂
“Call Of Virginity” LMAOOOO
That why you’re here too? Virgin like the rest of us?
Thank you @shogoz. I used be at a terrible 30 to 60 fps now I am at 90 to 120 fps :D
Nice, just in time for me to finally get into DMZ since MP and Warzone is the bad.
Have a good one too! Your program names are hilarious haha
Is your latest NVIDIA control panel settings video compatible with this game and the settings you applied here?
why am i watching this when my crap laptop cant even handle warzone
It's fine 😂
Where have you been man? how are you? Thanks for the settings!
No problem! I've been sleeping mostly tbf 😳 but overall have been gud wan! How's you???

No problem dude!! 😳❤
Could you make an updated Nvidia Control Panel video?
I have a gtx 1650 mobile what gpu driver should i use i mean in activation they mentioned 526.86 driver should i downgrade my gpu driver or use the latest driver
Hey, I got” amd 5 3600, 3070ti, 2k 165 monitor. But my fps always around 100. Is this all I can get?
is amd fsr2.0 performance the best upscaling for fps if you don't have dlss?
Yep! I have access to DLSS and still prefer fsr 2.1 because it's almost on par with the fps dlss achieves, plus it looks better in my opinion
@@shogoz Can i use ultra performance for the most ammount of fps/?
@@shogozso would u say its better than fidelity cas?

its happening to me too, I run 200-240 fps it feels like I'm running 30-50 fps they need to fix this asap...
Ya it's just the game not you or your setup. Just have to wait until they fix it
Damn, if only I had Warzone 2….
Still gonna watch the video though
its free?
Please make a best settings video for rainbow six siege
That's a really good idea dude - thanks!
There is one benefit to running Fullscreen exclusive, it has lower input delay/lag compared to borderless
proof?
It’s such a small difference that it won’t impact your gameplay at all lol
Since this update it’s like my whole game is only capped 60fps no matter how much I change the custom frame rate
those benchmarks at the begging have to be capping i have a 3060 and i barely avg 100fps and 80 on al mazrah maybe it because of my ram tho
So I have a rtx 2060 and a 3700x ryzen and I've been able to get 110-115 fps on a normal day at 120 fps
I have i3 10100f and 2080ti i play 58 fps in. Warzone can you help mz 😅😅😢
Bru I have an rtx 3050 i510300h i used to get 90 on med now I get 45-59 in game like idk what happened
pudieron arreglar el error?
@@naijahfed-up1783it’s the game don’t worry
i was always told exclusive had less input lag than compared to borderless maybe its just placebo lol
Maybe RTSS will show something - I'll give it a try when I play it next!
@@shogoz yea, at least some time ago borderless had higher input latency than exclusive. But I haven't heard about it in a long time either.
