in my opinion, i feel like this isnt neiro anymore, its a whole new person bianca made out of him, its crazy because innthe first song, he was trying yo run away, got caught, beaten, and he finally submit himself. This went on and on to the point where he snaps and well, this song.
I love the contrasts between “love cat” and “love kitty” in this one you can see how he’s become completely obsessed with her. Almost as if he was just completely tamed. And it’s very interesting how the wording in love cat refers to him as “kitty” (I hope I’m not misinterpreting this) as he’s being groomed, and now they’re both completely obsessed. The way the themes and songs connect to each other is very well done, nice job!
I kinda disagree with those who said he's into it or that he's a freak. It feels more like he either has stockholm syndrome or he's trama bonding. From the fact that at first he tried to run away in the first song and then get beaten constantly (and by this I don't think he was cheating to get beaten on purpose, because if he actually did it on purpose, then why did he become so tamed at the end of the first song? He would keep on cheating or do something to make her jealous) This song feels more like someone who's already broken and has no more desire to do anything other than depending on her and be her kitty. He has no thought of cheating or escaping, it seems like he's alreading losing his mind. Poor guy is the victim.
Yeah if this isn’t mind break then I don’t what is. From a character perspective though he’s really interesting. Everything about him from him greeting Bianca at the beginning to his design shows how absolutely broken he’s become and it’s actually amazing. I really hope people can appreciate how much of a twist this song was while also acknowledging how tragic his character is. Edit: I just noticed your other question about the cheating- I can see it either way tbh. The character sheets said he would even cheat while you were getting groceries (?) which implies he’s done it a bunch of times before. It can be taken as him trying to run away, or he’s doing it on purpose to get beaten up. Maybe he wants both sides of Bianca: her when she’s mad and abusive and her when she’s nice and caring which is why he lets himself be “tamed”, at least for a little while. Of course it’s all just personal interpretation and I honestly like the cheating on purpose theory more because it adds more to the complexity of his character.

I don't think he did it to get beaten, but rather to get her attention. Like, he does love her and wants to be loved by her but Bianca is actually insane and abusive.

I think I'm starting to get what this series is really about - how people respond to abuse (and also what makes people abuse people in the first place). In Love Eat, the response was to become an abuser and continue the cycle. In this, Love Kitty, its to accept the abuse as a form of love. Both songs show someone who have absorbed lessons from their abusers, but they respond to it in very different ways. This song also directly mentions grooming, which is a fun cat pun, but also points to the theme of conditioning in these songs. I also want to say, I don't think it matters much if Neiro was intially into it or became conditioned during the relationship to be into it (though I do think it makes more sense with the theming to be the second one). Because either way, Bianca is taking advantage of a mentally unwell person and abusing them. She hits him with a wine bottle in Love Cat, and even IF they were both into doing stuff like that, there are undoubtly safer and less dangerous ways to indulge in that. I find the question of "Did he want it?" to be somewhat pointless, because either way Bianca is still abusing him in a really dangerous way. Breaking bottles on people is no joke - that can kill people!
ok. honestly, this song is just as incredible as the last, obviously, no one was killed, so this is a story of "what if the abuse kept happening" and honestly, gonna get a slight bit personal here, you captured that almost perfectly, i would know, cause i was genuinely able to connect to that song, like, to the point i was going "why do i understand what they mean?" this song was just as amazing, i mean, it shows you that grooming doesn't only affect kids or minors but can also affect adults, which is a incredibly important message as the last three songs, and honestly, for that, i genuinely applaud you!
Honestly the piercing part can be less deep, they can for example be just a result of not giving it too much thought and being like "yeah suree" or just finding them so dang adorable and pretty

It is incredibly funny coming to this with the expectations of Dear Maia because I was expecting a turnaround mastermind and got "Oh, this guy is just actually a whole FREAK-" DBFJENFKEFK- Which I guess still means he wins so it works out??? Ive never seen such fervor, the implications of this guy cheating to further allure Bianca and is actually 1000% down for getting beaten, likely on MULTIPLE occasions????? Its almost unsettling, Im impressed with how this song was so staggering for me...great job!!! The art is very expressive too. Thank you for your work!

After rewatching both videos, heres my conclusion: BIANCA RUINED HIM. (i tried my best) The verses ''Staring contest, its obvious, you're manic. Why? Its your punishment, self-loathing. Youre my one and only love cat, you know?'' just screams how manipulative her words are as she's about to beat him up with a bottle as he backs away in fear. After she hits him, she's shocked and seems to regret it. But at the same time, the screen shows how she uses the fish in a string to hypnotize him, repeating ''You will gradually find yourself growing fond of me.'' That same string is seen at the end of this video(''Dear Bianca''). This entire video is his response to her(as stated in the description), specifically where the boy says ''You and me, Meow. Im your cat.'' as if answering her words. Upon analyzing both videos as much as i could, her constant work on him is obvious: -BOTH VIDEOS BEGIN WITH ''Welcome back. Meow to you.'' he got that from her. -Her telling him ''Even if you turn away, its alright. You're my one and only love cat.'' -I would also like to point out that after beating him up, we can see her embracing him while he doesn't face her, hiding, even, the verse ''Please love me.'' being sang. At the beginning(?) of the relationship he does not return her twisted love, he does not reciprocate and instead hides. -Eventually, we go to the part where ''Please love me.'' is repeated, this time the boy saying it. She is surprised for a second, he reciprocated FOR THE FIRST TIME. As she sees this, she grins as she (my take) seems pleased that her manipulation is working. He is slowly, if not already, in her grasp. (Also both of their pupils dilate in this part..🐱) -''You cant run away, silly thing. I want unconditional love, love me.'' Their love is unconditional, selfless. She tells him that he can't escape now that she has him, she's in full control. -''I want love so bad, i could cry my throat out.'' Finally, this song is the result. He is addicted. He needs her, constantly begin for her love and affection, to play with him. THE CAGE. She says how he is stuck in a cage (''In a cage, my beloved cat.''). 1:27 ''I'm scared. I can't step outside the cage anymore. I cant live without you.'' Also, im not sure if this means something, but when the boy was about to kiss the other girl in the first video, the wall is decorated with frames containing a rabbit, a bird, a snake, a fish... animals that a cat can kill. And then, Bianca barges into the room, her pupils sharp, staring at her prey. Maybe she loves cats so much she decided to ''turn'' him into one, to make him BEHAVE like one. I wanted to point this out since thats the only moment where other animals that arent cats are seen. I cant help but wonder if the girl (or any other girl that he couldve possibly been with) is represented as an animal a cat can get rid off. Last but not least- Bianca has cat-like eyes since the beginning. The boy remains with a human look until this video, where his mouth is more cat-shaped. I am certain that this is intentional to showcase their cat behaviour.
I loved the Love It/Eat parallel... All of the instruments are so original and still amazing, i'm really hyped for this one too, lovecat was my favorite of the bunch so far ^^

Cheating is absolutely horrendous and can get some folks to lose their life over it, no need to compare which is worse bc that's not what this is about. I have absolutely no idea how a lot of people are interpreting this song as "he was into it the whole time" This song seems very obvious in its meaning. Actually in love Eat its very much the guy being the manipulator, while here the guy is being manipulated which falls in line with the parallels between the songs
I want to preface this by saying I still completely agree with you and how the theme of this song is how victims of grooming can end up loving their groomer and taking their abuse as love to cope. I just wanted to give my own thoughts: I think the reason why people are saying that is, or at least what I hope is the case, just poor wording. It’s known that this is a _very_ unhealthy relationship, it’s more just surprise that the story went into this direction because most people assumed he would try to run away or express his suffering. But it’s important to make the distinction regardless. For the song story-wise, (and this is just my interpretation) it’s not the fact that he was into it since the beginning- as you said Bianca obviously groomed and beaten him into this relationship which made him believe he wanted it to feel better, but I think at some point in their relationship what he’s saying in this song is genuinely true. Her abuse and love-bombing made him extremely codependent. He worships her, does anything for a scrap of attention, and constantly mentions how much he craves her love and needs her; to the point where if you didn’t listen to LoveCat you’d think he was the toxic one. Of course that’s not true, and Bianca is 100% the abuser and her actions shouldn’t be chalked up to “Oh it’s fine because he actually wanted it the whole time”. But this song shows that because of his now twisted view of “love” both of them are feeding into the worst parts of themselves and are going to continue this batshit insane relationship until they destroy themselves one way or another. It’s kind of despairing that way knowing that he’s definitely not going to leave her and continue being groomed, and how his story probably isn’t that far from reality. TLDR; People are making those comments because they’re shocked by the guy’s perspective (I hope) and this song is so much more messed up when you realize just how depressing his character is. Uh idk what else to say.. good point and sorry for this very long comment 😭
this song is amazing! imo, i think bianca broke niero to the point he is dependant and he loves her. also in the song, he is covered with a bunch of plasters and hes terrified of going outside, maybe he doesnt want her to taken away because a civilian might report him to the police and when they found out about his gf doing all of this, they will take her away? i mean its mentioned in the lyrics saying he can't live without her. he only enjoys it due to the fact that the abuse might have changed the way he reacts to his abuse. also, the gag on him during the music video, its shows that she has been silencing him to the point he gave up on trying to tell people about his abuse which is why the gag is taken off? either way, he probably wouldn't tell anyone due to the fact bianca tramautised him and he's terrified of her.
I actually cannot tell if this guy is self aware and "mastermind"-ish at all or if hes just off the coattails of the original song and is just reflecting his "hypnotized" nature of buying into Bianca's love. Its sadder if is the latter because I was humoring the idea that these two may funnily have a better relationship than the Loveat duo since its more "honest and reciprocated." But if the implication is that this song is a product of Love Cat's guy just giving in and his perception being irreversibly distorted...oh well!!!!!!!!!
I think same the way he says he's stuck in a cage and in inescapable dependency implies he wanted to escape. Also the way he repeats words from Bianca in "love cat" like "yes I'm pet cat" and the "crack crack a whip let's make love" sounds very hypnotised. He also makes unpleased expression when talking about being unable to escape he also makes the same expression when saying "love so dazzling it hurts". I think he genuinely doesn't enjoy pain by the way he reacts in love cat but he's still deeply in love with Bianca and she makes him feel more and more stuck in a cage with him unable to escape so he just gives up and stops cheating or trying to escape and becomes a "obedient cat". Imo cheating on Bianca just to make her "beat him" doesn't make sense he could have just like asked her if he wanted to be beaten. 😭 Also by his reaction in love cat he didn't seem to want to be punished he leaned in for a kiss but she rejected him and got bottle at which he looked surprised at. I think cheating is just one poor way to escape the "cage"
I believe the reason why he may have cheated in order to get Bianca to beat him, is that in LoveCat, Bianca seems less interested in the well being of Neuro but rather how she can "punish" him or whatever. She seems to get bored more easily than Neiro and thus, Neiro not wanting to let go, constantly puts himself in such situations to get beaten by her. The world play here is genius! “Love kitty” instead of “love cat” to show that he’s being groomed into the mentality of that this is ok, and thus he makes himself like it to cope with what’s going on around him. The song is super lovely, too! Great job!
I love the details of the piercings. It's such a good way to make it clear that this dude's just a complete masochist. xD It's also fascinating to see that the first song we got wasn't from the villain's point of view- If anything, I'd say this guy's the villain. He clearly doesn't care about Bianca's feelings, he's just in it for the high. Cheating on her was fun, getting caught was fun, seeing her flip out and try to keep him? Extra fun. Bianca ultimately succeeded in making him hers and hers alone, but he's the true victor.
Tbh I think they both won. I don’t think Bianca genuinely cares about him either, she didn’t even seem that mad when he cheated on her in LoveCat. She just likes keeping him on a collar and I’d even argue punishing him is just as fun for her. She knows she can do anything to him and he’ll always crawl back to her.

Going back between the two songs it's very clear this is totally Stockholm syndrome. I love seeing the little lyrical references between the songs that tie it all up in a neat bow. Just how much he has fallen into Bianca's conditioning becomes obvious and the several references of him being trapped and becoming used to her patterns of abuse and love making (probably during or after) is just amazing to see in one song. Such a dark story yet such catchy songs, I loveit! (Haha)

猫って飼い主が居ないと生きていけない飼われてる側だけど、犬みたいに飼い主に媚びるようなことは一切しないし、飼い主に嫌なことをされることをされればすごく嫌がる。

I think I'm starting to get what this series is really about - how people respond to abuse (and also what makes people abuse people in the first place). In Love Eat, the response was to become an abuser and continue the cycle. In this, Love Kitty, its to accept the abuse as a form of love. Both songs show someone who have absorbed lessons from their abusers, but they respond to it in very different ways. This song also directly mentions grooming, which is a fun cat pun, but also points to the theme of conditioning in these songs.
I also want to say, I don't think it matters much if Neiro was intially into it or became conditioned during the relationship to be into it (though I do think it makes more sense with the theming to be the second one). Because either way, Bianca is taking advantage of a mentally unwell person and abusing them. She hits him with a wine bottle in Love Cat, and even IF they were both into doing stuff like that, there are undoubtly safer and less dangerous ways to indulge in that. I find the question of "Did he want it?" to be somewhat pointless, because either way Bianca is still abusing him in a really dangerous way. Breaking bottles on people is no joke - that can kill people!

After rewatching both videos, heres my conclusion: BIANCA RUINED HIM. (i tried my best)
The verses ''Staring contest, its obvious, you're manic. Why? Its your punishment, self-loathing. Youre my one and only love cat, you know?'' just screams how manipulative her words are as she's about to beat him up with a bottle as he backs away in fear.
After she hits him, she's shocked and seems to regret it. But at the same time, the screen shows how she uses the fish in a string to hypnotize him, repeating ''You will gradually find yourself growing fond of me.'' That same string is seen at the end of this video(''Dear Bianca''). This entire video is his response to her(as stated in the description), specifically where the boy says ''You and me, Meow. Im your cat.'' as if answering her words.
Upon analyzing both videos as much as i could, her constant work on him is obvious:
-BOTH VIDEOS BEGIN WITH ''Welcome back. Meow to you.'' he got that from her.
-Her telling him ''Even if you turn away, its alright. You're my one and only love cat.''
-I would also like to point out that after beating him up, we can see her embracing him while he doesn't face her, hiding, even, the verse ''Please love me.'' being sang. At the beginning(?) of the relationship he does not return her twisted love, he does not reciprocate and instead hides.
-Eventually, we go to the part where ''Please love me.'' is repeated, this time the boy saying it. She is surprised for a second, he reciprocated FOR THE FIRST TIME. As she sees this, she grins as she (my take) seems pleased that her manipulation is working. He is slowly, if not already, in her grasp. (Also both of their pupils dilate in this part..🐱)
-''You cant run away, silly thing. I want unconditional love, love me.'' Their love is unconditional, selfless. She tells him that he can't escape now that she has him, she's in full control.
-''I want love so bad, i could cry my throat out.'' Finally, this song is the result. He is addicted. He needs her, constantly begin for her love and affection, to play with him.
THE CAGE.
She says how he is stuck in a cage (''In a cage, my beloved cat.'').

Also, im not sure if this means something, but when the boy was about to kiss the other girl in the first video, the wall is decorated with frames containing a rabbit, a bird, a snake, a fish... animals that a cat can kill. And then, Bianca barges into the room, her pupils sharp, staring at her prey. Maybe she loves cats so much she decided to ''turn'' him into one, to make him BEHAVE like one.
I wanted to point this out since thats the only moment where other animals that arent cats are seen. I cant help but wonder if the girl (or any other girl that he couldve possibly been with) is represented as an animal a cat can get rid off.
Last but not least- Bianca has cat-like eyes since the beginning. The boy remains with a human look until this video, where his mouth is more cat-shaped. I am certain that this is intentional to showcase their cat behaviour.

This song seems very obvious in its meaning. After he was beaten and abused into submission, he copes by convincing himself that its what he wanted.
Its similar to Love Eat- its showing how they cope with what happened.

I want to preface this by saying I still completely agree with you and how the theme of this song is how victims of grooming can end up loving their groomer and taking their abuse as love to cope. I just wanted to give my own thoughts:
I think the reason why people are saying that is, or at least what I hope is the case, just poor wording. It’s known that this is a _very_ unhealthy relationship, it’s more just surprise that the story went into this direction because most people assumed he would try to run away or express his suffering. But it’s important to make the distinction regardless.
For the song story-wise, (and this is just my interpretation) it’s not the fact that he was into it since the beginning- as you said Bianca obviously groomed and beaten him into this relationship which made him believe he wanted it to feel better, but I think at some point in their relationship what he’s saying in this song is genuinely true.
Her abuse and love-bombing made him extremely codependent. He worships her, does anything for a scrap of attention, and constantly mentions how much he craves her love and needs her; to the point where if you didn’t listen to LoveCat you’d think he was the toxic one.
Of course that’s not true, and Bianca is 100% the abuser and her actions shouldn’t be chalked up to “Oh it’s fine because he actually wanted it the whole time”. But this song shows that because of his now twisted view of “love” both of them are feeding into the worst parts of themselves and are going to continue this batshit insane relationship until they destroy themselves one way or another. It’s kind of despairing that way knowing that he’s definitely not going to leave her and continue being groomed, and how his story probably isn’t that far from reality.
TLDR; People are making those comments because they’re shocked by the guy’s perspective (I hope) and this song is so much more messed up when you realize just how depressing his character is.

this song is amazing! imo, i think bianca broke niero to the point he is dependant and he loves her. also in the song, he is covered with a bunch of plasters and hes terrified of going outside, maybe he doesnt want her to taken away because a civilian might report him to the police and when they found out about his gf doing all of this, they will take her away? i mean its mentioned in the lyrics saying he can't live without her. he only enjoys it due to the fact that the abuse might have changed the way he reacts to his abuse. also, the gag on him during the music video, its shows that she has been silencing him to the point he gave up on trying to tell people about his abuse which is why the gag is taken off? either way, he probably wouldn't tell anyone due to the fact bianca tramautised him and he's terrified of her.

I actually cannot tell if this guy is self aware and "mastermind"-ish at all or if hes just off the coattails of the original song and is just reflecting his "hypnotized" nature of buying into Bianca's love. Its sadder if is the latter because I was humoring the idea that these two may funnily have a better relationship than the Loveat duo since its more "honest and reciprocated." But if the implication is that this song is a product of Love Cat's guy just giving in and his perception being irreversibly distorted...oh well!!!!!!!!!

I think same the way he says he's stuck in a cage and in inescapable dependency implies he wanted to escape.
Also the way he repeats words from Bianca in "love cat" like "yes I'm pet cat" and the "crack crack a whip let's make love" sounds very hypnotised.
He also makes unpleased expression when talking about being unable to escape he also makes the same expression when saying "love so dazzling it hurts".
I think he genuinely doesn't enjoy pain by the way he reacts in love cat but he's still deeply in love with Bianca and she makes him feel more and more stuck in a cage with him unable to escape so he just gives up and stops cheating or trying to escape and becomes a "obedient cat".
Imo cheating on Bianca just to make her "beat him" doesn't make sense he could have just like asked her if he wanted to be beaten. 😭
Also by his reaction in love cat he didn't seem to want to be punished he leaned in for a kiss but she rejected him and got bottle at which he looked surprised at.

I believe the reason why he may have cheated in order to get Bianca to beat him, is that in LoveCat, Bianca seems less interested in the well being of Neuro but rather how she can "punish" him or whatever. She seems to get bored more easily than Neiro and thus, Neiro not wanting to let go, constantly puts himself in such situations to get beaten by her. It reminds me of the song by sodikken "Hansel" honestly. I'm not sure though@@batrex_

ネイロの浮気癖は多分元々あるもので、ビアンカちゃんが怒ってくれる事に段々注目してくれる喜びを覚えるようになって本当に好きなのはずっとビアンカちゃんだけど自分を見て欲しくて浮気を続けてる、けどクジマとは違ってもしかしたら今度は捨てられるかもしれないって不安を覚えながらやってる……っていう解釈をしました！
完全にマイアちゃんを掌で転がしてたクジマとは違って自分自信ビアンカちゃんが好きで好きで堪らなくてだけどその分不安も大きいから気を引く好意を辞められない、
その結果ビアンカちゃんからの愛(極度の束縛、暴力行為)がたっぷり注がれるようになってお互いにズブズブになっていく。。。最高ですね。

Bianca ultimately succeeded in making him hers and hers alone, but he's the true victor.
Tbh I think they both won. I don’t think Bianca genuinely cares about him either, she didn’t even seem that mad when he cheated on her in LoveCat. Going back between the two songs it's very clear this is totally Stockholm syndrome. I love seeing the little lyrical references between the songs that tie it all up in a neat bow.
Just how much he has fallen into Bianca's conditioning becomes obvious and the several references of him being trapped and becoming used to her patterns of abuse and love making (probably during or after) is just amazing to see in one song. Such a dark story yet such catchy songs, I loveit! (Haha)
