AA last boss does random raid damage at intervals which puts a stack on you. I think it isn't supposed to go on people with the debuff but maybe I'm wrong about that, or it could have bugged. Otherwise, thats the reason why you got 3 stacks.
@@pumptastic So if I'm not mistaken being dispelled gives you 2 stacks instead of 1 for having it blow up normally, if the monk dispelled you there it would have also dropped the pool if I am correct.

for sure, in a pug environment frogs are really bad, but most of the MDI pulls I saw of Azure Vault did some iteration of froggies, as much as they suck they just do nothing other than jump

There is a timer - we don't scale infinitely unfortunately, haha. If you hover over the description of Mastery ingame, it pretty much says any new ignites are added to the old ignite damage until it would have ended. We end up "ramping" because we want to build up ignite as big as possible to spread to huge packs, which is where fire excels since we don't suffer from target cap problems.

DB is on F for me, it is an extremely strong interrupt. In pugs outside of combust I did accept the role of being a CC bot, kinda fun. I don't track my own interrupts, but outside of combust I'm looking to bonk with Blast wave - dragons breath - then tauren stomp. In combust, not worth globaling any of those interrupts. In mini combust, could be worth it depending on the trash

What's the lowest amount of haste you'd feel comfy playing fire with? I'm at 18% on my frost/arcane gear and it feels ki.da rough playing fire but maybe that's all in my head
20%+, even that is probably pretty low to be able to get to SKB in one combustion rotation. Definitely will feel bad at low levels of haste. I have 29% right now, 4,426 haste
Hi I was trying to push a lot last week and unfortunately missed TJS +22 by 8 secs, probably because I was saving combusts for the ad phases on the last boss. I was wondering how do you space out your combustions on it? Is it worth it to save them for the ads on high tyrannical keys?
There is actually some tech with last boss of jade for Fire specifically - if you ramp your combust into the add phase, even though he goes "immune"it is just a damage reduction - you actually can spread a fat ignite from the boss itself onto the adds right as they spawn and never swap to the adds. You still can build hot streak on him and spread fat ignites onto adds. Combust will not get value if held for the adds specifically, sure it gets the boss killed but the damage is pretty ass. I always try and combust on boss, and line up combust around 10s before the add phase if possible so I can spread ignite to the adds
No, shifting power should be used outside of combustion, with the exception of some double lust openers. For our damage in m+ to work, we need to be building our ignite as big as possible by throwing as many pyroblasts in combust that we can. After that, it's just a matter of the mobs living long enough for ignite to get value.

Yeah, I'd like to think I just got unlucky and got arcane missiles at the same time putting me to 3 stacks, just didn't know that overlap could happen

@@pumptastic yeah, if you go frame by frame you can see yourself go to 2 stacks before the debuff expires, which then puts you to 3

I honestly think Doragosa is insanely wonky. Sometimes I spawn a void at 1 stack on SP too without any alter shenanigans
