मेने 2004 में स्नातक किया फीर 2010 तक युपीएससी की तैयारी में लगा रहा दिल्ली गया धन और मन दोनो बर्बाद हुआ कुछ नही मिला अन्त मे पिता जी की बात मान बीएड किया और शासकिय शिक्षक बन कर स्वंय का शेष जीवन बचा सका

yes, i totally agree with his statement let me tell you one most imp reason 87.95 percent students are coming from humanities background including class 11 and 12 without maths and 10 percent are science students including maths + class 11 and 12 + bio also and still selection ratio of humanities is 0.01 and science bakg is 18 percent to 55 percent from 2009 to 2023 thats why lots of youth are wasting there time.

There is very less money in govt. Job itself but very huge money involved in coaching institutes in name of govt.job preparations...youngster should involve in gaining experience and start earning money either from pvt/business/entrepreneurship/freelancing etc

Nothing wrong in doing upsc but its risky like stock market so always have a good plan b. If you don't have plan b then try a job and then parallely prepare for it .this job will be the support. Everyone will give example of manoj sharma but not gauri bhaiya of 12th fail who was as dedicated as him
The problem is the debilitating condition of higher education. Look at the condition of higher education in India , There are only 1% of the colleges in India which will make you successful in the field you are studying. Rest are distributing only degrees After doing graduation candidate does not have neither the job and nor the knowledge and for them govt. job is only viable option. Syllabus of any govt. job is very easy as compared to higher education and most of the young grad are not competent enough to pursue further studies.

You can't agree sir because you are running a coaching institute whose business model of earning revenue is student fees for the course or service you provide if you encourage not to prepare for morw years it may affect your buisness revenue . i am not telling this is wrong but by disagree with him it contradicts because you had cleared UPSC but you didn't serve there you.
Instead you create a edtech startup . The problem arise there If the youths after continuous preparation for 2 or 3 years if anyone is not getting through then the person should not be encouraged for more attempts because his/ her energy can be utalised in different field. Yes UPSC preparation gives you knowledge but it does not develop skill which in real life any company wants. So rather than preparing for more years he/she may invest in skill.
If a person have enough money and time they can go but if a person is from middle class or poor they have to think the reality.

बिलकुल सही बोला है, upsc के इंटरव्यू मे 2800 बच्चे पहुँचे, लेकिन 1086 selected हुए, अब अगर जिसका रैंक 1090 होगा तो क्या वो गलत है क्या 1100 रैंक वाला गलत क्या 2000 रैंक वाला गलत है मेहनती तो वो भी है, अब इस बात की कोई गारंटी nhi की वो आगे भी सेलेक्ट होगा, अगली बार भी सिलेक्शन ले पायेगा इस बात की 1% भी गारंटी nhi इसलिए कुछ nhi बोल सकते
