Man the quality of your videoes are so awesome, and so proffesional! If you want to see something sick, go out when there are stars, switch to pro mode, and choose iso 400k. The P30 Pro will shoot at 0.5 sec, give it some time to process and get mindblown. You will see so many stars and the detail, they really did a good jobb with this one!
I think it's really impressive how this phone captures elements that even we as humans can't really see, but I think that brightening up the sky makes it look more like it was taken during the day. I'd prefer something where the sky still remains the darkest of blues or even black but the rest is brightened up. Still, this is the best there is, so I'm not complaining too much.
I must say the tests you do are quite unique and extraordinary as very as very important and useful for buyers before they make a decision on a smartphone. Thank you

Nah the S10 is a much better phone, and has a better camera. Huawei is only better in low light and zoom. Samsung destroys Huawei with daylight photography, video recording and of course its Ultra Wide camera.

I have trust issue during this time of the year. Let's just say I don't believe those photos were shot using the P30 Pro or were shot on pitch black. If you check 1:55, no one was walking or standing on the background. The produced image had people in there, I believe it was shot in bright late afternoon. Take a look at the birds, too. Birds don't usually roam around at night. Just remember to pull the plug on April 2nd. 🤣
Light sensors are able to see much more light than human eyes. It just an option. You could shoot in auto mode or even in pro mode to get exactly what your eyes can see, but it's cool being able to get all those details your eyes miss in the dark. Long exposure shots are great for example to astro-photography and many other fields. Smartphones are becoming wonderful tools in photo and video in day and night conditions so....where are the bad news?
