If AE still made parts for the RC10GT i would get one. I always liked the 2wd Nitro Stadium trucks. Has a spec race feel to it. But also handles really well. I have 1993 RC10T love that rc it like a Time Machine of the 1990’s consider all the Electronics such as the Tekin are from the 90’s.
not a boring vid. always new info. i didnt know leaving the glow plug powered doesnt really do any harm or that some planes cycles them. the bug does it again.
Gotta love those pull starts lol. I haven't had a pull start in a long time. I don't miss raking my knuckles along those cooling head fins. .21 and pull starts dont mix well.
Where did you get all your parts im looking for new front and rear lower arms and titanium linkages I have one of these but have yet to find replacement parts
@@thebug4046 right on thank you, thats what ive been doing so far. I didnt know if there was possible aluminum front and rear lower arms at all. Have you come across any yourself in the past? Or know of anyone thats changed there lower arms.
@@dylanm8089 Yet there is also some temous associated groups on Facebook that strictly deal with this truck and a lot of bicycling is going so if you want you can look it up and join those groups and I'm sure there'd be someone that would be happy to sell you what they have
@@thebug4046 I'm looking at doing a similar swap, few questions for ya if you don't mind. My original motor is shot. Did the motor bolt right into the stock engine mounts? you got RTR model right? Stock exhaust and clutch? Did you get the "short crank" version? thx
@@Red6er yes the engine will drop in 100% the carburetor exhaust all that fits you just need the adapter shaft and then you can put all your clutch and parts on no problem
Hey I wish I could. You don't have to run that fuel if you can't find it basically run anything else that has no more than 12% oil avoid Traxxas fuel or see what you're hobby shop will order for you. If you live in Canada look up great Canadian hobbies they will often ship fuel as they have the appropriate shipping means available. I can't ship it because it's dangerous goods and all that nonsense.

No problem man it's very common in multi cylinder engines sometimes you get one that's a little lazy and wants a little extra glow to get going

Sometimes you can find them on eBay that's about all I can help you with or buy a whole other complete truck for parts and build one of the 2

How much benol do you usually add to your sidewinder?
At 10% oil 1.5oz to 1 quart but it's really not necessary
What clutch setup are you going with on the TM?!?
