the biggest headache I have found in the radio community is where they send us equipment for repair, they claim "its been in my closet for 30 years and I am in NO RUSH, so please take your time on getting it back together" Then they proceed to message me 4 times per week starting 3 days after delivery " Hows my box doing? When are we gonna be done? I really need my amplifier back asap whats taking so long?" Those now get packed back up and shipped back the way they got delivered... Im not dealing with those guys anymore

I've recently got me a 50V/50A charger for my battery. I was to go electronic, but changed my mind and got a conventional transformer based rectifier. Less components and if one does fail, diodes transformers and relays are plenty available.
Mr BBI When you go to build A 50V supply out of these modules. I found that you can not daisy chain the power switch pin 1 and 4 each supply has to be switched individually. Using 4 modules I took a 12v 11 pin relay connected Module 1 to a switch module 2-4 connected to the relay in the NO then connected the 12v from module 1 to the relay coil. So when module 1 came on it activated the relay and turned module 2-4 on.
Where would I buy the switchers now? I purchased 6 after your first video about them from hop along . I ruined 3 with my mad soldering skills. Haven’t been able to find them at a reasonable price since then. Enjoy the holiday weekend!
sounds like the old "one man band" scenario. you can only do so much at once and it all falls apart beyond that. situation is take less work and likely be deemed a bad supply/repair/worker that doesn't show or have to hire other skilled folks and quickly train them to build without supervision(good luck there). so pretty much welcome to life from small business to mega corporation, jumping from uno to mega is the huge hurdle, and nowhere ever will the endless headache decline and they'll just grow along with.

all the psu outputs in a row on board and large cable off the end, makes a very poor design for high current flow and lack of psu loading balance at 51:39 bettering that would be the larger gauge wire in the center and the rest tight or bundle layered against, or even in a circle around it with outer copper crimp ring and soldered(yes, that virtually impossible). I also realize the market your supplying. 🥸🥳
