Great video - thanks. I'm in exactly the same boat as you. I was originally using a macbook pro with Garage Band - and taking the headphone out straight into a mixer. This actually works quite well, quick and easy - but I was suffering from a number of 'freezes' - where the 12 Step would just freeze on a note mid song, or when I come to a few songs after not it not being used the buttons would light up but no sound would happen - meaning a re-start of the 12-Step. But not wanting to lug a £2k laptop about in some dodgy venues I've now got an ipad. Again using Garage Band for now. I'm in a covers band so one sound doens't fit everything - so I've set up sounds for individual songs and just change them on the ipad before starting - Ipad Garageband isn't as easy to use as the Macbook doing this in how it arranges the tracks so I'm looking to perhaps get Logic Pro - but great suggestion for Sunrizer, I'll look into it. I've also made a tray for my 'cheat-sheets' that go under the 12 Step - these are sheets of paper that tell me my chord settings for each song on the 12-step. I've also made a wooded surround for the power input socket as someone stood on it during a gig and snapped the connections off inside - the block now stops the play in the power connection. I need to do a video of my set-up 😄

Look into using BandHelper on the iPad instead of your sheets.
