I really don’t want Burrow to be Dan Marino and never reach a SB again but if he doesn’t get out of this organization, that might happen unless there are some serious changes within this organization.
Nope, burrow is far better than Dan Marino, we just need a defense that isn’t the worst in the entire league. We have given up 34+ points in 5/11 games this year, chiefs have given up 30 three times in the last three seasons.
@@Brickwilliams I know what we need but I don’t believe in this FO to make that happen and make the right decisions. This defense needs a complete overhaul. He has 100% lost the locker room, the culture Zac has instilled is on the verge of collapse. It doesn't help that the way the front office does business by letting stars go when they really should keep them and build a dynasty. The players can see this and it is no doubt contributing to the unrest that we can clearly see. If I was in charge then the only thing in my eyes that keeps Zac his job is win out and make the playoffs. If anything else happens then at the end of the season Zac would be fired. We all know though Mike Brown hardly fires anyone and if Zac keeps his job no matter what, then I expect more of the same shit in 2025.
He still defends it. It's sad. We all knew it was an oline problem, and a Frank Pollak problem, not a Mixon problem. Once again, you don't move on from productive roster pieces, especially when they're also an important voice in the locker room.
@@thebluelibra5686 mixon would be mediocre like he was last year if he was still on this team. Cant judge keeping a player based on how they perform elsewhere. @@JFTB-i8y Moss was Mixon's replacement, not Chase Brown, and they're paying Moss basically the same money they would have had to pay Mixon, but for less production. Mixon and Chase Brown would be the one-two punch, like the Lions have with Gibbs and Montgomery. We didn't get to see it last year, because they were forcing the majority of the carries on Mixon, and limiting Chase Brown. That's on Taylor, Pollak, and the play design...they continue to refuse to use a split-back formation, which is part of the reason they telegraph all of their runs. You can't be a winner in the AFC North without a solid run game, and losing Mixon took the heart out of the run game, and the locker room. Just look at what Mixon has done for the Texans, especially for Stroud...Mixon should still be a Bengal, along with Reader and Bates.
I would trade Tee to the Raiders for the pass rusher who's name has slipped my mind. I would hire Ben Johnson as HC. I would draft another top OL and DL with first two picks. WR in 3rd round. Go after some top dogs in the trenches. Tired of our lineman not defending Burrow when he gets late hit.
Zac made the call to go smaller at RB in hopes of bigger plays and lost one of the leaders that helped his message be absorbed and heard. And that leader is balling harder than his upgrades at RB The irony is monumental😂😂😂
Exactly 😂😂 they didn’t trust him last week TWICE and give him 2 chances and he MISSED? How do you have confidence?!?! Then still believes there is a chance for the post season?! If we win out yes but even then there could be a possibility we miss oh and the CB that got hurt this past week zac said there is a possibility of him coming back this season after a broken calvacal…
It’s really hard for me to believe Ja Marr and the Bengals couldn’t meet half way on a contract . They agreed on the amount of money . He lost money this season because he didn’t sign. Would have made 17 million more plus a signing bonus . How much does that kind of money make if it’s invested .
Ik we’ve beaten this path like a drum before but we could easily go on a 4 game win streak out the bye, and treat the last two games against Denver and Pitt like playoff games. Pittsburgh is a tough one but it’s at home and Dallas Tenn and Browns should be wins. I can doubt the bengals all I want but as long as Joe burrow is our qb will never stop believing
The Bengals will never change - Its a price we have to pay as fans. There not going to pay and were going to lose Higgins, Hendrickson to start will be gone. The questions will be how long before Joe wants out of Cinny. I would not be surprised if Chase wants out after the last two seasons. The Bengals had a chance to bring people in and they did nothing as they dont care if they finish at the bottom. like I said this is what Cinny fans have been dealing with for years.
I've been saying this over and over ....Logan Wilson can't play at this level. Geno Stone is a sawed off midget. Cam Taylor Britt is too slow. Sam Hubbard is a complete zero, never here his name called for anything. The rest of the defense sucks too. Over and over and over again people, defense wins championships,, the offense is fine just keep bringing in some hogs at offensive line, they are doing fine if they can keep Higgins
The whole coaching staff has issues. starting out 0-2 EVERY DAMN year (0-3 this year) should be a fireable offense. Zac is a bad playcaller. He had no experience in the NFL calling plays. He was an OC for 1 year at UC in college. The draft has been awful outside of the first round picks. they have been especially bad on the offensive and defensive lines. Our O line coach is under performing. We cant run the ball very well. Look at Mixon at Houston. He never should have been let go. Look at our safeties, never should have let them walk 2 years ago. This is a bad team outside of Burrow, Chase, Higgins, Hendrickson, Hilton and Wilson. But Mike Brown will run this in the ground and waste Burrow and chase's prime. He damn well better pay Chase like the best receiver in the league and quit F'ing him over.
My new nick name for Evan Mcpherson is "Maybe Mac". To be fair and all jokes aside, there could be a mechanical issue with the Long Snapper and the Holder that is messing him up.
The Bengals are a team whose ownership is content with a .500 record and always have been. Burrow, Ja’mar, Mac and the over achieving defense took them to the Super Bowls in a 22 win season.
James it's now time for the media in Cincinnati & the fans that aren't tied to Zac Taylor & Duke to seriously start the discussion about whether they can go after Bill Belichick. He would be the best option for Joe Burrow like he was for Tom Brady once upon a time.
As for Zac, he's still a "new" coach. He still gets some slack because this is still his first gig, barely 5 years in. He's done more in his short time than Lewis did in over a decade. Unless Bill wants to take over, i doubt theres a better available option otherwise.
Coach Zac is not to blame for how the team is constructed, maintained and energy (lack there of) by the players. Can he be much better at aggressive play calling (which he has been lately), and coaching to win instead of not to lose (which he has been)...absolutely. But calling for his job as if he hasn't coached us to a Superbowl and would've been b2b2b conference games if not for injuries is absurd. The front office needs to be on the hot seat
Borrow, Chase, Higgins ,and maybe a few others should be "on-the-market" as a package... looking for an organization/team with owners that have demonstrated they are ready, willing, and able to win. Sadly, they are being wasted here....
If he doesn’t go, I will not be participating in this team next year! I know enough about the game to know that play calling has been the problem. I’ve been saying this since week 5 when he called the most ridiculous calls in OT against the Ravens!!! 🤬
I think chase is mad about the extension. But as far as gauging talent that shits on sorry ass Duke Tobin. This man has single handedly robbed this organization blind by stacking draft picks for shitty players, sitting on his hands at trade deadlines, knowing we need defense and you get a running back. I mean come on man.
His play calling worked when we had some of our Superbowl caliber players. Now we don't have some of them and his play calling doesn't work any more! Change some of the plays and turn some of the plays over to Dan Pitcher!
I don’t want to hear no more bad mouthing Evan McPherson, the guy is having a bad stretch in the middle of a bad season all around. It’s not like the guy has been struggling for two plus seasons like local kid Sam Hubbard. Evan knows he’s in a funk, but he’s proven he is one of the best kickers in the league and I have full confidence Evan McPherson will turn it around this year. The Bengals have major issues on defense, also on offense putting a good game plan together for a full game! Now,has the front office made the right moves over the past two off seasons and in FA this year? No,absolutely not! But the coaches and team can do something about, put good game plans together and work their tails off to get back to playing 4 quarters of good football.
Front Office, James....that's where all this is stemming from!! ...CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!! Refuses to build a strong infrastructure for the future!! Your video is absolutely spot on!! When "finger pointing" starts creeping in...we are in T-R-O-U-B-L-E!!! We MUST keep Joe & Ja'Marr 'happy', at ALL COST!! (cos right now, we are a 2-man Team!).
i think there's been a relatively poor mood in the locker room when the Chase contract didn't get done. The FO keeps showing that players that are good/great for us won't get paid what they want when they want. Esp. when they deserve it and its a no brainer to do so
Unless is was Z Taylor the one who decided who we kept and who we let go… even if we change the coaching staff there isn’t going to change a S** if this Front Office continue to go this cheap and to be confortable to pay only one player or two on their roster when CLEARLY this game is about a TEAM effort!
First off I'm a lifelong Bengals fan Die Hard I live in Dayton Ohio I'll tell you this it doesn't matter if sorry ass Zack Taylor has lost the locker room because the Bengals front office is the worst in the NFL and they won't get rid of him no matter what he does Case Case in point Marvin Lewis also they don't care to Pedro and lose as long as they keep fans in the seats the thing is Joe burrow is going to be an all-time great great he won't stay in Cincinnati past this contract if this front office behaves the way they normally do and don't do anything to help them win Zach Taylor is not the coach that's going to get it done it's clear watching these games
I hate to say this but I'm looking towards next year already.. and to that point if there's no accountability by the organization or if Taylor does not get fired ..if I'm Burrow or Chase I'm muscling my way out of Cincinnati
He has totally lost the locker room. This is a team divided.....an offense that is playing good enough to win and a defense that is not. The offensive players want to call out the defense but they can't. Its only a matter of time before Burrow goes full Carson Palmer on this organization and demands a trade. I give that two more seasons.....maybe until he says he's done playing here. This organization has some REAL issues to figure out with the team and this offseason has the potential to be brutal. SO many players up for contracts.....so many players that we need to keep.... We will no doubt watch Tee, Trey, Hilton, and Hubbard all leave the team this offseason. I know technically Trey is under contract....but look at the season he's putting up. He will hold out for sure. Its a sad state of affairs in Cinci....its going to get worse.
You can’t lose Mixon, Bates, Reader, and now Higgins and expect to compete in this division. I don’t care how good Burrow and Chase are, it’s not good enough.
Zac cannot get over humps. He's proven it for five years. Put the game on the line bengals will lose. Doesn't matter if it's a super bowl or Sunday night against chargers.. with the talent we had we should have 2 Superbowls easily and just now being forced to work for our 3rd.
Can we petition outside the stadium for Mike Brown to sell the team or actually hire a competent staff?! I'm sick of this shit. Taylor wouldn't even be a coaching assistant. If you go back and watch the Superbowl, Taylor made multiple horrible calls throughout the game that cost us.
Mixon, Reader, Perrine, Bates III, Hurst….gone. This is bad man, Outisde of Burrow, Chase, and Hendrickson, who else is clamoring for a Bengals player? And if that’s how it is to just not spend money, the coach HAS to be good! And he’s not!!
Poverty franchise will make poverty moves like injury risk players and potential character issues. Mike Brown isn't like the other owners, he's not flush with cash. The only money making thing he has going is his football franchise. Based on the teams success or lack thereof, is he even good at making football money? The old adage of spending money to make money applies here. Want a successful franchise that brings in more revenue? Stop being cheap with top tier players the teams has drafted.
This silly narrative that Zac Taylor is to blame is getting old. We've had a legitimate chance to win every single game this year. Players not doing there job, or making mistakes in the last 5 mins of the game is not on Zac. He puts them in position to win, do your damn job!!!
Joe Mixon is another locker room leader that you conveniently forgot to mention. He’s down in Houston dominating and closing out games btw

Don't get me wrong I love Zac for our 2 playoff runs and him giving the city game balls but the 5 year rule is real and no matter what happens the rest of the szn I think it's time to move on specially when there is going to be very good HC available, let's not do what we did with Lewis, we need to revamp are coaches and really think bout getting a real GM, and as a fan base I think we need to be load, for personalities online that rep and talk Bengals need to be even louder so the front office hears us so they can make these changes that they think they might not need to bc they DO!
I’m incredibly worried about the future of this team, there is just so many needs. Having Burrow and Chase is supposed to make you a contender every season. Seems like some dark seasons ahead for us Bengals fans, might be in for a 2-3 year rebuild.
We’re gonna be losing Hilton after this season most likely, the FO doesn’t want to give Hendrickson more money so he’ll probably be gone when his contract is up. Not a whole lot of bright spots on this defense
@@iAmJuicee I mean our D can’t get much worse at this point, and we should still be at least 5-6, we’ve lost 6 one score games, I think our season has ultimately been very unlucky, from a bad hold to two missed field goals, to a 4 and 16 last play flag, we just need to hit the draft well this year, spend all of our picks on D
@@Brickwilliams that stat is actually insane🤦🏿♂
@@TripleG12398 it is, they didn’t give up 30 once last year, and hadn’t this year either until the bills game. And people wonder how they keep winning and we don’t….
The bomb went off!!!!!!!.Joe is officially a Bengal now!!!😂😂😂😂
It’s not fair that Evan can blow up games and just go home without talking to anyone. Burrow gotta talk after, so should Evan.
Remember when u defended letting Mixon go.
mixon LOL. thats not the problem. chase brown is good for a lot less money. the problem is the defense and Oline.
If the titans still had henry it wouldnt be the same as him in baltimore. Coaching problem 100%. Mixons not stopping every team from hanging 30+ points on us. Hes not a good pass blocker so he wouldnt really help joe not get murdered every play either.
Zac hasn't lost the locker room because he never had the locker room in the first place
And Tee not getting taken care of
Tee is well compensated. He consistently only plays half of the games.
Zac made the call to go smaller at RB in hopes of bigger plays and lost one of the leaders that helped his message be absorbed and heard. And that leader is balling harder than his upgrades at RB The irony is monumental😂😂😂
Bro - stop. He has lost them. They didnt rally for him. Listen to what the players are saying and then compare that to what Taylor is saying...
He lost me by saying he still has confidence in McPherson, I mean what a slap in the face to the fan base
Chiefs and Bills let their “baggy” receivers walk and are better off because of better defense
Bill belichick
The best part about Bill is he is obsessed with Defense and would let the OC run the offense.
He will never come because he understands what the Bengals front office is like.
Won't ever happen
Go see Wicked movie and ask the Wizard to bring bill Belichick here. Even wizard cant pull that one off for poor Dorothy
Never happen
Should of traded Higgins for another pass rusher
Zac has lost “the room”. That is a recipe for disaster. Do not promote mediocrity.
The locker room has left the building 🏈 This team could use a change in coaching staff or bring in a different OC and DC ✌🏻
Yes
Agreed w everybody else. Bengals won't be better until BrownFamilia decides to be more professional and proactive in good sense
Kevin zeitler is still in the league his is 34 years old. Been on three teams and has played 181/181 games why did we get rid of him
The whole coaching staff has issues. starting out 0-2 EVERY DAMN year (0-3 this year) should be a fireable offense.
We need bill Belichick🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ joe and Ja’marr want to win and win now
Joe reminds me of a sulky teenager at the press conferences. Why does no one bring this up
Because thats how most of us feel too?
Pay J'Marr, keep Tee, get Belichick. Stop dumpster diving for players.
The Bengals are a team whose ownership is content with a .500 record and always have been. Burrow, Ja’mar, Mac and the over achieving defense took them to the Super Bowls in a 22 win season.
James rocking a new Mic.
To be clear, Zac doesn't pay anybody. He just coaches whoever they give him.
Exactly!
Forgot what it felt like to be on top of the division
just think if Joe burrow could have a decent pocket to throw from.....
It’s cam Taylor Britt and McPherson.
James it's now time for the media in Cincinnati & the fans that aren't tied to Zac Taylor & Duke to seriously start the discussion about whether they can go after Bill Belichick. He would be the best option for Joe Burrow like he was for Tom Brady once upon a time.
Time for me to start rooting for the Ravens
You were never a real fan
@ your mom
With the locker room leaders Mixon,Boyd, Reader,Uzoma,Bates lll gone the culture has diminished. 😢
Im not a draft cap expert but i find it hard to believe we could afford burrow and chase and field a competitive team around them
As for Zac, he's still a "new" coach.
THESE PLAYERS SHOULD TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY TOO! I SEE PLAYERS HINTING THE BLAME ON SOMEONE WITHOUT EVEN SAYING IT.
Front office has tried free agency, tried trading, and I think it’s fair to point the finger at coaching
It’s all chipping away right in front of our eyes.
Esp. when they deserve it and its a no brainer to do so
i mean it took to the day before travel on week 1 when they signed Burrow
They don’t pay players who perform on the field, yet they pay outside players who under perform. What do you expect!!!!
Unless is was Z Taylor the one who decided who we kept and who we let go… even if we change the coaching staff there isn’t going to change a S** if this Front Office continue to go this cheap and to be confortable to pay only one player or two on their roster when CLEARLY this game is about a TEAM effort!
Tank for Tetairoa
Congratulations that the way you need talk. Next video talk with the front office about what waiting for fire Zac Taylor and the General manager
Zack Taylor had four years to address their needs in the dtaft and they didn’t. Burrow is getting hurried a record amount of time it’s embarrassing.
I hate to say this but I'm looking towards next year already.. and to that point if there's no accountability by the organization or if Taylor does not get fired ..if I'm Burrow or Chase I'm muscling my way out of Cincinnati
i see absolute disgust on Burrow's face. the guy is just done with the incompetence thats all around him
He has totally lost the locker room.
It was a blessing in disguise for him not to get that contract this year, even if Joe stays Jamar will not
That is not why chase brought up money 🤦🏾♂️ bruh you reaching his answer was simple
You can’t lose Mixon, Bates, Reader, and now Higgins and expect to compete in this division. I don’t care how good Burrow and Chase are, it’s not good enough.
The only constant in all the years of dreadful teams is the ownership
He said “Ask Zac” after the loss to the Patriots week 1. This is nothing new. It’s obvious he has lost the locker room.
man the bengals aint winning a chip with zac he not built like that
With players like Burrow, Chase and Higgins . They allow this disfunction to happen . It’s shameful !
They were one play away fr back to back super bowl, when and where, didn't the chief have the ball last, delusional denial runs deep in Cincinnati.
Chiefs cheating runs deep in KC.
Oh, and the Bills are going to take care of KC this year.
I dk why but I feel it's not just a money Mac thing... Kickers all over the league are missing a lot of kicks... It's weird
The answer is "YEAH"!!!!!
Zac cannot get over humps. He's proven it for five years. Put the game on the line bengals will lose. Doesn't matter if it's a super bowl or Sunday night against chargers.. with the talent we had we should have 2 Superbowls easily and just now being forced to work for our 3rd.
He had a lot of help from the front office.
James streaming from a different studio?
Mixon, Reader, Perrine, Bates III, Hurst….gone. This is bad man, Outisde of Burrow, Chase, and Hendrickson, who else is clamoring for a Bengals player? And if that’s how it is to just not spend money, the coach HAS to be good! And he’s not!!
It’s the D LINE and TIGHT END
