    "No me inviten a comer" lol good episode I listened to the whole thing. You have a lot of gems here. There's things I used to be guilty of but now I'm glad I'm following fasting and Carnivore accordingly.

    Another question , have you ever checked out Santa Cruz paleo electrolytes ? I’m not sure if they have good carnivore /fasting friendly sups

      @@Athleticramirez question, so I just gotta make sure I’m in a caloric surplus of quality nutrion and I should be good to hit the weights fasted before I go to work , maybe black coffee for a pre workout i don’t know of any pres w caffeine that would work when fasting , maybe I just have to tough out like 3 weeks no stimulants so I can enjoy no crashes in energy
