  • Sennarth Normal and Sennarth Heroic guide! Sennarth is the ice spider raid boss in the Vault of the Incarnates raid of Dragonflight. This boss guide for Sennarth will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Vault of the Incarnates raid boss.
Special thanks to the Icelandic Gustavo Force for the raid testing groups!
You fight Sennarth in two phases. While ascending her spire, you fight one large Arachnid add per floor. Watch out for their frontal cone and focus them down first. Spread for Chilling Blast, when the raid gets blue circles around them.
If you're marked with Enveloping Webs, run to avoid dropping them in a stack (dangerous, since it applies Web stacks more quickly). Caustic Spiderling adds are small and do a useful explosion when they die, which clears webs on the ground as well as all web debuffs from anyone in it. Use the Caustic Spiderling green swirls to remove your web stacks if needed, and otherwise use them to clear the floor and clear other webbed players.
Gossamer Burst will pull players towards the inner edge of the arena, get towards the back wall before it begins and fight the drag. Getting a single stack of the Web debuff can help you but in testing it wasn't necessary.
When Sennarth reaches the top, she comes down. Interrupt her Apex of Ice and use cooldowns to finish the fight. Suffocating webs will knock players back and trap them, kill Caustic Spiderlings on top of the targets to break them free. Avoid the Glacial Plumes left behind from Chilling Blast in this phase. Instead of being sucked towards the middle, Repelling Burst will now push you away from the boss, so position accordingly.
On Heroic, a ten stack of Webs will stun for 30 seconds, whereas on Normal and LFR Sennarth it is a 30 second 75% slow. The fight is still done in the same way, just with higher stakes.

Hazel is the premiere boss guide channel for me. No bs, nothing extra, just straight to the point with clear and concise instructions and descriptions of mechanics. The zoom effect is particularly useful as other channels will gloss over a mechanic quickly and its easy to miss the visual cues. This is not the case with Hazel. I specifically look for this channel when looking up raid and dungeon guides.
