  • This is a history of the football sticker business in 20th Century, in which I was heavily involved. It serves as a personal history of my work in the licensing business, as well as capturing an era, and a hobby that endures to this day.

Love it, great video. Takes me back to my youth, still having albums from Mexico 1970 + football league 1974. Like willy wonka!

I remember January 1978 and starting my sticker collection. I was obsessed. Thank you for this wonderfully nostalgic program. Memories of a happier, more simpler time!

got all panini world cup albums from mexico 1986 up to and including brasil 2014. I will definitely add 1982, 2018 and 2022 to the collection soon but especially 1970 and 1974 are pretty expensive nowadays.

Sorry Peter Warsop, but your story about the Queen spotting a mistake in the caption for a royal coach is simply not true. I was in the Panini editorial department at the time. There were only 2 of us. I chose most of the photos and wrote most of the text. There was not an error and no request for a text change.

Football 79 and Espana 82 World Cup were the best (in my opinion)
