Harpal Singh ji, namaskar, I watched this episode to see the cookware and other products you used. Growing up I had heard of Borosil brand but we never had it at home. I have realized that good quality cookware is very important for cooking. As I live in USA I use brands like Cuisinart and Calphalon for steel and anodized cookware, Lodge and Le Creuset for cast iron and corningware and Pyrex for porcelain and glass. Also I liked that you use glass spice bottles as it is time to leave plastic behind. Next time I am in India I will buy these as gifts for my relatives. Good cookware is an investment and I realized that over a period of time. Thank you ji 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Bloody annoying Borosil marketing. He must be getting paid. Give recipe. Be done. We don't have time to listen to his nonsense. 1000s of cooking channels. Borosil can advertise on their own. Am Unsubscribing. Bye. Waste of time.

Hello Sara, I completely understand your point of view and respect it. I see the other side of the coin. Chef endorsement helps in sales of the commodity as it highlights the quality and the usefulness of the product. Chef gets paid which is fair and correct and we all work for survival in this competitive world.
      Best wishes
