These kids should get a job, instead of making a nuisance of themselves. The malls, businesses employees, and shoppers have the right to do business safely and without intimidation. There are plenty of resources nowadays for youth recreation, and there is no excuse for troublesome and dangerous vehicle-mischief. Thank-you to the police for drawing the line and acting on legitimate public complaints and concerns. Are these vehicles also being impounded for law infractions? If so, the owners would take the law more seriously. 👏🙂
