    This took me from not knowing anything about Redbubble to knowing a lot. Thank you. PS. I like your upbeat attitude about people copying your design. In college our art instructor had us repaint famous paintings. We were not very good at it. It was hard. But from that we figured out our own technique. It is so much easier and more fun to have your own ideas.

    I was told by customer service in an email that all designs that I have downloaded must be removed from market places when my subscription is over.
    I didn’t specifically inquire about designs that I have added other elements to, make it different.
    That being said, I have been buying my rights to designs with a FULL POD license outright. They have great sales all the time. I have been getting great quality artwork for like .50 cents and I’ll never have to worry about being caught without a subscription.

    Hello May Aroyo,
    I'm very glad you started about creative market,
    I went through the exact same thing.
    also asked a seller on creative market about commercial use
    and yes rude too!! , not customer friendly at all
    she didn't want me to buy a product from her,
    while you can indeed buy a license for commercial use on creative market.
    so I also made it clear to her that I would never disturb her again and certainly never buy anything from her.
    and then i blocked her!!
    and now im also a fan of creative fabrica,

      With Design Bundles don't you pay a monthly fee to get credits only? You use the credits to get the products you want? Yes they are discounted but then if you want commercial use the price increases. Once you use the credits you pay additional for what you want. So you have the potential to pay more money on top of the 18.99 a month?

    Great video. 👏🏻 I asked a question about if you have graphics you modified on your PC from CFab but didn’t publish them on Amazon or Etsy, can you still use them? You said no… and to publish before you stop your membership. Finally… an answer, thank you. I have a membership now with Canva, cancelled my CFab now I have to delete all those hundreds of fonts and images from my PC. Ugh. I am hoping I labeled the graphics but know I didn’t with the fonts. 🤦‍♀️ I don’t think I will go back to CF for that reason as for me it isn’t worth it. But I would like to do some public domain graphics. Do you have a tutorial on that? Thank you.

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  2 года назад

      I think you can see on Canva, on your dashboard, the fonts you've added, so they might be easier to delete than you think ?
      I know it's a hassle, though it's understandable that CF would be doing it this way- as if they didn't- people can pay that $1 first month and download 30,000 graphics and 1,000 fonts- and CF has to pay the creators for that.
      I think that the best way to handle these is to make your own graphics.
      You can also go to websites like Pixabay, with free photos and graphics, that you can use- after modifying them :)

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  2 года назад

      That depends on the end size you're using it for. A DPI of 72 on a huge canvas is higher DPI on lower sizes.

    Hello, when you explained an example of an end product, were you referring to a digital end product or the physical end product? Because if it were a physical end product, your example of a design in a tshirt would be ok?

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  3 года назад

      Hey :)
      In most of these "graphics shopping" platform they will define to you if they mean a physical or digital end product.
      In Creative Fabrica- it's the same.
      I remember when i made this video I got 3 DMs and 4 comments that I explained it wrong or using it wrong... + an email from Creative Fabrica that they loved this video (so I guess I explained it right ? LOL)
      In any case, if you have any doubt and want to make sure you're being 100% legal- read the terms yourself, or just get the all access POD licence that allows to even use items AS IS.
      I recently booked a deal for this channel's viewers with them. for a 30% lifetime discount on that membership (so it's pretty much the same price for the all access POD licence, as the "just graphics" licence- maybe that will help you feel more confident!)

    If we subscribe $29/m on CreativeFabrica, we can use directly any of their graphics directly ( without modification) on POD sites to print and sell tshirts?
    Then if we decide to cancel subscription, we need to remove all the POD listing on POD sites?

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  3 года назад +1

      If you get the all access subscription - you can use for POD, without change, the elements marked to be used on POD :)
      BTW, it's not $29 a month for viewers of this channel - there's a 30% lifetime discount-
      lp.creativefabrica.com/mey-aroyo/
      The subscription is the license, so yes- if you cancel you have to take down the designs. Makes sense though... As without that you could just have a 30 days sub, download 3000 designs, and cancel...

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  3 года назад +1

      Images with layers can not be imported to canva with layers- that's not how Canva works.

    • @MeyTribe
      @MeyTribe  3 года назад

      @@1programme155 I don't know if they can or cannot be edited. That depends on the type of file each seller chose to upload, not something I can say yes or no. But in general, unless someone sells you an editable Canva template- you cannot edit layers of a design using Canva.
      I don't know what you mean by "some individual license" you need to show me the listing you're referring to.
      There are listings on CF under the POD license, and some not, it's the same if you get the non-discounted membership- the decision is of the artist to sell full POD or not.

      1. If the item you're downloading is marked as POD you can use it as is, if it is only marked as commercial- no.
