If you unlock Flagellant: Would 200% recommend you beeline for a pair of Hero Shrines for him right away, #1 priority over any other hero. More, MORE really is _that_ good of a move, but more importantly the constant self-damage throughout the rest of his kit is very much built around his ability to use it, to make up the windfall with big bursts of self-healing. (He will probably survive off of Lash's Gift in the meantime but the self-Stress isn't idea I don't figure)
One of my favourite strats for him later on is just stressing as much as possible on the toxic path. Also makes PD and even better healer because of all the negative tokens you get from bad relationships with the flagellant.

Debuff res is the rarest and thus the most valuable. My personal tier list is: (+1 dot), (10% damage), (10% health), (+1 speed), (+3% crit), (+10% debuff res) and (+5% death blow res). Honorable mention to +15% bleed resist, and honorable mention to +10% positive banter on flagellant. Any combination of theme will be most efficient memories.
My favorite team is probably is tempest leper rank 1 + wanderer flag rank 2 + sharpshot (of course it is) highway man rank 3 + debuff path occultist. Pretty strong, good character synergy, very high damage output, great sustain, and my beloved leper who crits for 237 dmg. This team has only 2 downsides: 3 out of 4 characters are quite slow and pretty darn high vulnerability for moving by enemies.

geez I could have used this earlier this year. As much as you like to say it's a non issue. I would be careful as a new player unlocking to much for flagellant. Death can just end runs so fast if you're not managing stuff well. Or you just get unlucky.

I've completed denial (on my first run) but can't even get to the mountain on the next confession, and rarely succeed on denial again. So sad Shuffle did not mention the superior Unusual Suspects' hero shrine priority. Who needs IS and Plague Nades when you can get strategic withdrawal and PBS to cycle for GR crits? Worth the investment despite double the shrine needed for 15 Pick dmg everywhere.

If you want to do it efficiently get all skills on Plague Doctor, Man at Arms and Highwayman and get their best paths unlocked (Alchemist, Vanguard and Sharpshot). With these 3 you can carry any other character through any act and "farm" your shrines this way. I personally wouldn't recommend Jester or Occultist for early unlocks and naked runs as both want some of their shrine skills. Some very solid heroes that Shuff also mentioned: Graverobber, Leper and Hellion (especially great if you can get the 1st paths) All of them will perform very well just with their base kit
@ShuffleFM if you would recommend some Crusader and Duelist comps would they be similar enough to replace Leper and Highwayman in the ones you've shown in the video?
Her main good move is sanctuary and its still not that good. She and Leper are probably the worst characters at the moment. If you ate looking for healing occultist and Plage Doctor and even flagg are much better than what's supposed to be the "Healer" hero
Like the others said, if you push those shrine unlocks and invest in her she does fine. You have to consider what she offers and build the team to utilize that, like sanctuary and consecrations
Ive won 3 consistent tuns with Vestal Jester Highwayman Leper . She is pretty useful as a support and she can hit the back rows with jester. i havent tried putting her in the front. But i also have finale and solo with jester. So hitting back rows is made the whole game. Leper and highwayman destroy the front rows!
@@ShuffleFM i don´t do, i try to unlock everything but i was wondering how you get them and the game is not very "new player-friendly" a lot of things are not explained. try to figure out how i can get more meta progression out of my characters.
I think more more is a little overrated. Just because of how you can’t really use it when you’re too low because you might reach deaths door, you don’t want to use it when you’re max health because that’s when you want to be killing things, it’s really only useful as a diversion or when you’re about half health, which is when I would rather use sepsis
Sepsis and lashs kiss gives you all the healing you'll ever need for yourself on him. I don't take More More unless I'm fighting a boss that I'm worried ill end up soloing lol
Thankfully, Flag has such a hearty health pool that a round of attacks without taunt won't get him to half, it'll usually get him halfway to half, which is the perfect time for More, More. Tanking is usually better on the second round anyways, let everyone get a little damage they can heal off, use their block tokens. All this assuming your not playing with a flame that makes every hit an instant Death's Door, lol
maybe you're right, maybe all m'y exemplar fights endup with him critting nearly every hits, bypassing through blind and dodge like it wasn't there, always targetting low life and death door targets, putting dots on every single of m'y characters in one turn and regening about 30 to 48 HP half of the rounds and getting back all his death armor while doing so

Jester flagellant are made for eachother. Heal yourself heal your team massive damage and stress heals all day long

Those 3 are good choices. I'd say Bounty Hunter too since he's very strong compared to early heroes. Leper has great starter skills too

try a seraph together with jester , consecrations are very powerfull and jester helps using them with his dancing

There's literally vida of people killing exemplar with base party wanderers. Wouldn't call him unkillable
