Being a women ,I can vouch that looks matter a lot in an interview.
Two men/women with same qualification get different opportunity based on how they look.
I have always fetched extra brownie point in every interview , because of good impression I successfully made because of my so to say above average looks. .
Interview is just about confident presentation , based on which job suitability is checked.
