Thank you for including my humble shelfie, it feels like an honor! Since i've sent you the photo, we nearly doubled our collection, and got Castles of Burgundy in the process, also a brand new kallax. We do really enjoy that game, so spot on recommendation, as always.
Spirit Island is on my radar for some time, we are gonna take a closer look into the matter for sure!

Hahaha you actually reviewed my shelf and it has changed so much since I sent the picture. I would say it is at least double of the games now, so no that was not my “limit”. Lol Quacks is a great recommendation and it is one that is in my wishlist for too long.

Omg me too. I should have bought it much sooner. It is EASILY my most popular game. All the gamers love it as a filler, and all the non gamers love it as a compelling game with room for socializing. It instantly made me re-arrange my entire shelving unit to find some way to get that box on the top because of how often I pull it out. (I will not place larger boxes on smaller boxes). And then I even ended up buying a 2nd copy because so many people want to play at once.
This year has had some really unexpected hits for me. Quacks reaching a popularity saturation I didn't think was possible. (not one person has disliked it so far). I personally enjoyed spots a lot more than I thought. And non-gamers really connect with Flamecraft on their first play in a way I didn't think would happen. Between that and quacks (with geek up bits), then using wingspan as a sinker (with all the meeple source birds and food) Ive converted more people into board games this past 2 months alone than I have the entire rest of my time in the hobby.
Thanks for the rating I'll dm a game anytime! That button is a thermostat for my heater not quite as exciting!
Of course that is something you would say. Thermostat, please. THAT IS how you get those unexpecting gamers ;)
Haha, once my finances have stabilized, if I can afford I'd love to become a patreon and, maybe one day, be featured here. Given my collection I wonder what you'd recommend :D

What do you guys think about the announcement of Dune Imperium: Uprising as an alternative base game, rather than an expansion?
We're super excited about the Uprising game. JG especially is thrilled about the 3vs3 mode. I'm not quite sure where he will get the players for it as he has only 3 kids /JT
