here's the best way to tell if u have good muscle building genetics: if you are good at high intensity power sports like sprinting or jumping (which are very easy to measure) then you probably have good muscle building genetics. theres a reason why most olympic sprinters looked jacked. sprinting doesnt make you jacked, the people with good muscle genetics just so happen to be good at sprinting. so I think they're directly correlated.

I am not sure it was depression. That's the problem that everyone thinks they have depression without being diagnosed with it and they just identify sadness with depression. This kind of mentality leads to people not tolerating people who had real depression
