Odd, same Miller unit I have had for 20 years now... I sometimes stitch or spot weld when welding stainless and this one was a continuous bead. Maybe that is what you heard??
Have you figured out the loaded and unloaded tongue weights? I hope you have a bunch of weight planned for the front. The Snowcat looks awesome- still can't believe you pretty much built it from scratch.
It will be variable depending on how far forward I park Rusty....0-1500 pounds. I had the frame, axles, and wheels. I am still in disbelief as well.... The M1083A1 bed is very front heavy...
Oh heck yeah... that will work great. A big plus that they are adjustable for terrain differences. That was smart! Have a question, cause I don't hear so good... did you call it "Rusty Tetras" or "Rusty Tetanus?" I think you have called in Rusty for so long, it will be hard to change the name to something else. These builds are so epic! Can't wait to see Rusty in person... and your dad!
That is right my trailer will not break. Each axle has brakes though if that is what you are asking...Let me know what you like best once you get to the end of this short build series... thanks for tuning in
@@errolpoxleitner7901 let me know what you see in the "Adventures with Overkill" playlist I created. I am not sure what the word "tung" means either?? It is impossible to get trailer sway with a triple torsion axle trailer. If I had leaf springs then yes I could get it to sway. 5000 miles in all conditions including snow and ice and not one hint of sway.
from the Netherlands thanks for the video
Ah man the welder sounds so much smoother now in this video. I was listening to the ones before it and I could hear the welder just struggling along.

Every time you start Rusty, I get happy! Love the sound.
Isuzu POWA!!
Looking good can’t wait for the bed to be put on thanks for sharing!
Looks good
When welding always have fire extinguishers near you or garden hose with nozzle. Think safety when welding.
I prefer total meltdown 😅
Yeah, I like over kill. I am never sure what is good enough, so I tend to over engineer. Nice job.
I
Thank you!!

Thanks for the great idea! I think they will work great!
You need a bigger shop.
Hi Robert! Thanks for offering to pay for a larger shop for me! :)
No trailer breaks

Not enough hitch weight.
Tell me more...
If you don't have enough tung weight the trailer will wag the dog when loaded.
