Was on the verge of putting out what would've been her potential breakthrough solo debut back then ('Child Of The Seventies', aka 'Souvenirs' on the European CD reissue that came out roughly 20 years ago), but her label pulled the plug on it along with the promo tour that was to follow without giving her so much as a reason (O_O)! I have my own theories as to why they did it, most of them having to do with a certain "Queen of Soul" who wasn't ready to hand the torch over just yet. Wouldn't surprise me at all if that did happen to be the case...
