I watch your videos on Grounded For Life Travel... I had NO IDEA you guys do cruises too! This is awesome! NCL Enthusiast here! Gem is one of my faves. But, we don't purchase the water cartons. We just fill our Yetis from our cabin sink with ice from the bucket from the cabin steward... it's cleaner than most bottled water anyway. Love Cagney's and Moderno.. two of our favorite restaurants! Also love Teppanyaki. And, we are also drinkers so we always get the package and order the soda package for our kids. And. we love the quieter sun decks that most people don't look around to find. Very quiet and peaceful! By the way, NCL is about to deploy Starlink internet fleet-wide. So, internet speed will dramatically increase when that happens. And, having cruised for over 20 years across multiple lines, we always bring a non-surge protector power bank with a 10 foot cord so we can charge multiple devices. Hope you both enjoyed your cruise!
Hi, We will be going on the gem next May to Bermuda out of Boston, Ma.Very excited!! I was worried that my mother in law has a CPAP and we have a inside cabins so the 10feet exclusion cord will reach the bed you think? I also have my two girls together in another room and they are water drinkers snobs lol so the regular tap water is fine to drink does it taste good? Thank you for any help❤
@@user-dd6zr1lp8l 10 foot extension cord is fine... but make sure it's cruise-approved (meaning no surge protector). And, yes, the water on board is the cleanest you'll ever find anywhere. They use reverse osmosis technology... cleaner than even bottled water. Enjoy!
NCL is my favorite cruise line and always look to them first when booking. BLISS is my favorite ship of any cruise line. But their pricing is way out of line compared to other cruise lines and so im forced to experiment with the others when they are cheaper. LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!

Just came off the Carnival Celebration and the middle elevators were an absolute nightmare. Front and back were not as busy but still full. They packed 6500 people on that ship and it was very tight. Ship is beautiful and the best Carnival has ever built but way to many people.
Never been on a cruise..can you explain the two meal package a bit more please? You get 2 special meals for the whole 12 day cruise and the rest of the time you do complimentary that is with your cruise price?

Were there a lot of kid friendly or family friendly activities on board?
I had a bad experience in Cagney the fillet mignion was dry and tough spinach was soggy not creamy and the garlic mushrooms were bland and tasteless
