I once knew someone who mocked me when I bought the C64 version of this. He was right of course to point out that the shadow was indeed terrible on the C64, jumping around in the most peculiar way and being slower to the Spectrum version. The C64 version lacked speeding up once your wings are swept back as well. Still enjoyed the C64 version and it had an excellent title tune but the Speccy version was better being it took advantage of being faster at this type thing. Oh and Cyclone was also neat as well back when games were unique
Man I loved this one and still think is very cleverly made to use Spectrum capabilities.
It's a classic! An upcoming video features the follow up.
I had this on my Amstrad 128 as well as Battle of Britain and Theatre Europe.
They were all fantastic games!!
May have to revisit those games. Thanks for watching!
Wow I'd forgetten about this game, was ahead of it's time like Ant Attack.
Very ahead of its time. I still find myself drawn to it after all these years.

I don't think I've ever played the C64 version. I will have to compare it at some point. Cyclone is my next video!
