  • This is one of my favorite guitar solos. There are two things I love about it. The first is that it completely holds my attention for the entire three minutes. The second is that for me, it really demonstrates the connection between Page and Bonham. The guitar is a Burny Double Neck, a wonderful Japanese copy by Fernandes. I played through a 1973 Marshall 1986 50watt, the first input of which was modded to be like a 59 Plexi. The cab is a 1972 4x12 loaded with G12H30's at 55hrtz. I used a tiny slap back delay and a medium delay and some reverb. To create the backing I used an online AI tool to remove the guitar from the track. Unfortunately it took the keys with it, so my friend Chris Burgham kindly stepped in to give me keys. Thanks.
