Hi friends welcome to Anu's KItchen.Today I am sharing a recipe to make soft and spongy appam with rice flour.
Ingredients
Roasted Rice flour-2 cups
Coconut-1 cup
Yeast-1/2 tspn
Salt
Sugar
For Kappi Kachal
Rice flour-1/2 cup
Water-2 cups
Sugar-1 tablespoon

Idu same method il nhan undaki anu. Batter adipoli aayi vannu. Appam was same like in vdo. Rice powder kondu njan munbum akitundu . But ithra perfect aayi kitunnadu adyayitanu. Fridgil vechu pittenn eduthapolum nalla appam thanne kitty. Thank u soo much for this vdo😍🙏
