Hello Josh! I just want to say Happy Teacher’s day and I am very grateful for letting us have the privilege to access these high quality content you post in RUclips. Your videos really helped me keep my sanity ever since this quarantine came. I hope you keep doing what you love❤️
I really enjoy your approach to Mozart! I also laughed because I remember thinking "But I'm not playing a harpsichord..." when instructed to imitate their sound with Bach.
Perfect timing for the upload, Josh! My piano teacher introduced this marvelous piece to me last week. I’m looking forward to practicing it! Thank you for sharing your tips and pearls of musical wisdom.💥🎹🙏🏽
@@helloidk5451 u don’t necessarily need a teacher to start to play or getting “good”, I would advise you to watch a lot of videos on youtube about piano playing and performances in general, that way u can get familiar with the piano and how it is supposed to be played. It helped a lot for me.
Hi Josh, do you have any tips on how to relieve stiffness and minor pain after long octave sections? Just like a quick "relief" and then back to playing. Would it become more insignificant after some practice sessions? As it'd be inconvenient as you can't take brakes mid-performance. Thanks!
I have several videos about octaves here on RUclips, along with several videos about reducing tension. I would never "push through" any type of pain - this can cause injury.
Good tutorial Josh! Would there be any chance to make a Mozart K310 Sonata video? That would be nice as it seems many performance videos on youtube for that piece but no serious tutorial for that.
Josh any tips for Hungarian Rhapsody6 , just the toughest passage near end LH octaves RH descending runs.....very hard to get marginal tempo increase....is the metronome the best strategy?
remember this man performed this 10 years ago and he's back with a lesson this time

Quick question I’m 15 years old right now about to turn 16. Do you think it is too late for me to learn the piano?

Nice! But K467 is quite more interesting to deal with also in F major
K 467 is a concerto isn’t it? Why compare the two?

Check out all of my octaves videos on RUclips for help with that :) I may make a tutorial on that piece in the future
Composed in Paris in his full Vienna's Style.
My piano gave up on me bc I had 10 2 hours lesson and I can't even play the first 3 pages correctly
It’s a difficult piece. Try something easier first and work your way up. :)
Thanks
